Yeah, my thoughts:

RS for Pyro: interesting concept, not been able to actually use it yet. I've heard mixed reports about it.
Widowmaker buff: feels like a bit too much, really. 40 could work.
(Unintentional) Claidheamhmor buff: Would be nice, and there's no harm in giving it back random crits.
Two miscs: Yes!
Loadout saving: YES!!

That's pretty much it isn't it?
