FF Fan
Ultimecia's Castle Continuous Spell Card You can only activate this card when you control a "Sorceress Ultimecia". When this card is activated place 4 Spell Counters on it. Your opponent cannot activate each of the following effects: * Equip Spell Cards * Normal and Quick-Play Spell Cards * Special Summon a monster from the Graveyard * Special Summon a Summon Monster When your opponent destroys a monster you control, your opponent can remove a Spell Counter from this card to remove 1 of the restrictions on this card. My main concern with this is the ocg. I know it's not anywhere close to right and I want to make sure that it's right. Link to comment
Agro
Wow this is unfair, being able to take out that many options is OPed. Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
O...k... You don't make cards very often do you? So by playing this card (which the only cost of is reliant on the initial, but not continued, presense of Ultimecia - which I'd have liked a link to btw) you can immediately shut off: All of MY Equip Cards (big deal, who runs equip cards? Only very specific decks.) All of MY Normal Spells and QP Spells (Imperial Order is banned) All of MY Traps (So its Royal Degree and Imperial Order at the same time). AND all of MY special summons as well??? I do like the idea of it being weakened by accomplishing something, but unless you put out something weakish to push for game and I then (normal) summon a beatstick on my next turn to free up Mirror Force (which would then be a very obvious plan to scout and stop), I'm stuffed. Very easily. At least its not a field spell so its not as searchable, but really overpowered card. Link to comment

By the time you read this one of the restrictions will be changed since one didn't fit with the game. Link to comment
Premier Alexander Romanov
-_-' You don't realize that this is technically a Pop-Culture Card, do you? Yes, it is written, but it is based on the final stage of FFVIII, and Ultimecia herself is ripped from the final boss/main villain. Link to comment
FF Fan
Cards that don't have images yet go in the Written section. Link to comment
Shiina
There needs to be a cost for this card. Like a cost per effect you negate. Link to comment
Premier Alexander Romanov
I realize it is illogical, but Written Cards is actually "Written REALISTIC Cards". This is a Pop-Culture Card. It goes in the Pop-Culture section, whether it is written or not. Ask a mod or an admin. They will back me. Link to comment
