At the current moment NONE of the characters, this is more directed to Greycat, are strong enough to defeat them in combat without major support from a lot of people. I will not lie and state they will always be impossible to defeat, which eventually you will beat them, but think of it like this . . . you're at the beginning of the story and these are some of the sub bosses. Do you instantly defeat the sub bosses when you begin? No. You "level up" and then beat the living tar out of 'em. tl;dr You wont beat them right now, give it time and you will eventually.
