Very nice. however the effect exclusive to having The Sanctuary in the Sky on the field should probably have a cost because that effect could be too cheap in some cases. I'm thinking, although I'm not sure, that discarding a card would be a good cost.

I don't see how because through that you'd at least do 1250 points of damage.

Good point you have there AggroDrago, should probably be changed to successfully Normal Summoned.

It's stats should be 2800/2000. Since it takes 2 tributes to summon it, these stats aren't too unreasonable.

And like that it's a Sephylon target.
