Did my thread get deleted?

faeriesdice

Question

I posted a thread this morning advertising a service to turn people's card designs into real holofoil Orica (original card) cards.

I can't find it anywhere... Nor is there any history of me posting anything in my profile. Did the topic get deleted by a mod or something?

If so... where can I post this again where it will not get deleted? I don't want to break the rules, but I don't feel like my post belongs in the "shops" section... as were not a graphic design service exclusively were a group of artist/crafters... yet the description of that particular forum says that.

Thank you in advance.

Advertising is against the rules. That's probably why your thread got deleted, if anything. Besides, this forum is populated with mainly 7~12 year olds. Why would they want to buy them?

Is there anywhere on this entire board where it is acceptable for me to make a post like that? I mean... obviously it's allowable in the Shops section... since... people are setting up shops there... which is essentially what i was doing.

From what I was reading on the thread you seem to be charging money for the service. Shops use points.

It also falls under similar grounds that got the Trading Section (yes we had a trading section) closed. It is an interpersonal transaction outside of the forum, and trust can be an issue. Don't get me wrong, I trust that your legit, but it is an issue.
