Bob the Rainicorn
Beast/Xyz 2100/1600 EARTH 2 level 4 Beast-Type monsters Once per turn: remove 2 Xyz-materials from this card; draw 1 card. Seems simple enough, and effective. Link to comment
Shizuku Oikawa
Chain Dog loop for ridiculous draw! Summon Rescue Rabbit, Summon 2 Dark Rabbits, Summon Chain Dog, Xyz Summon this with Chain Dog and Rabbit, dump materials for draw, SS Chain Dog, use Chain Dog and other Dark Rabbit, make this, dump both for draw, Summon Chain Dog, somehow Summon another Beast, this again for another draw. Practically a +0 for the lulz and it's also a Horn of the Phantom Beast target. Great card is great. Link to comment

Bob the Rainicorn
you are correct in that it is a Horn target. maybe I should make its attack 2300? just so it can run over Grapha? Oh, and I'm glad you noticed what my intentions were. Though, I'm trying to recreate the idea of Cloudian OTK in beasts. The ideal deck for a Chain Dog OTK would be something that supports the following: >way to get Chain Dog in grave (Summoner Monk + Tour Guide would work) >way to get 2 Beasts on the field (both lv4, usually a 1 card deal, essentially Cloudian - Turbulence) >a way to continuously drop more beasts afterwards (like Salvage + Storm Dragon, only in this case, cards like Fenrir) >drawing while summoning to continuously go until you cannot draw anymore fuel (remember how the OTK used Formula to draw, if you drew Pot of Avarice you could keep going, if not you just stay there) In all honesty though, the deck that would support this the best is Crystal Beasts, Beacon gets you 2 Beasts instantly (Ruby), has a good number of beasts that are useful on their own (sapphire and Topaz, Topaz being an amazing Horn platform), Promise brings back used up Pegasus to support the aforementioned continuously dropping beast monsters (essentially, if you get this going, every Promise is another Alchemic Beast, so 2 Promise wins you the game).
