((If she's talking about Keith, she still hasn't forgiven him for that quip?))

"Trust me honey, I know the feeling." She snorted with irritation at the memories it brought up. "I'm a physics geek, and not afraid to admit it. In fact, I do well in anything that is is science. If it's not, I need help. Believe me sweetie, my unbalanced grades made me an easy target. On the bright side, my talent in the sciences has made it easy to explore uses of my barriers, and I was never short on motivation." She grinned slyly, spinning in the air happily. "Look at my now, working towards a degree in physics and applied science on a full scholarship, while most of my former classmates are toiling flipping burgers." She narrowed her eyes and added in a more serious voice, "Before you ask, I took a semester off to help Kaden out."

The more she taught about it, the more liked Vlad. She formed a small glowing ball at the tip of her finger and drifted over to the girl. "Hold still," she instructed. She pushed the glowing gem into Vlad's forehead, and a barrier collapsed into her head with a soft gentle snap. "Consider this a gift. I keyed the mirco-g bubble to you. While it would get any bigger that six feet across, or do anything more than block gravity so you can float when up it's up, you can have fun with it. When the charge I gave it is running out, the barrier with become visible, blue maybe, and fade away after about an hour more. If were still on good terms then, I can renew the charge.

"You should have a couple days as it is anyway." Speaking of which, she should key Kaden and Thalia with their own barriers for when she couldn't take care of them. When she got the time. "Have fun with it."

Vlad Smiled after receiving the gift, but she frowned after a second, She was trying to figure out how to put this without upsetting Lillian, Suddenly, she figured that there was no way to explain it but a tad bit bluntly, She said "Miss? I'm sorry for not mentioning this, but when I came from the temple, You see, As I come up from the Temple, I can sense any and all Disturbances within the ground, including bunkers and stuff, up to a 6 mile radius from the ring... To put it a bit bluntly..." She leaned over and whispered into her ear "I found your gang's place of residence and found out that there is someone that has something in common as I do... A Pact with an Ethereal Being... As for your Place of Residence... Your Secret is safe with me, Trust me, I'd rather keep my friends... and maybe I'll even consider Joining up with ya..." She giggled before getting back...

(> Yes, Vlad speaks about Keith, and she's very hard to be forgiving when it comes to Emotional Injuries, Like Name calling and such <)

"Someone with an ethereal being?" Lillian repeated as she thought about it. "That would have to be Thalia and Tyler. Sweetie, those two are a... special. Thalia's probably as bad as, if not worse than, Kaden, but that spirit of hers would give superman a run for his money. How those two found themselves in that situation must be an interesting story." She waved the rest of the statement off dismissively. "As for you knowing about the base," she got that evil-I-am look again, "there are still some... things I can do that I haven't put into practice. But I suppose a simple dissuasion barrier or two centered on the bases location will keep unwanted guests out."

She took off her glasses again and smiled "Of course, that is only one of the non-lethal methods of security." She put her glasses back on, lightening her mood at the same time. "And sweetie, ease of the 'Miss,' will ya, I bet I can't be more than two years older than ya. Don't go making an unmarried spinster before my time."

Vlad then said "I call you 'Miss' to help me keep my mind off my memories, my mother...", it was obvious that Vlad did not want to talk about it, she continued "but I'll try... Lillian... I was sent to Volkerheim not just for my smarts and above average grades, I was revered for my smarts on the topic of the paranormal, as if I had a 6th sense for those kinds of things." she kept thinking about when she came face to face with Tyler, but after talking about her paranormal expertese, she was very curious, she then spoke again "I really have to wonder if your barriers are capable of stopping any sort of ethereal being, maybe it's the reason why Alrus could see through your barrier at first"...

"Sweetie, Alrus couldn't have seen me in the conventional method, It wasn't possible. My barrier bends visible light around it and contains the light rays within it, making it impossible to see what it confines through the visible spectrum," Lillian boasted. "I suspect Alrus can see through other methods than the visible spectrum alone. It's also why normal people can't see him." Her geek started peaking out a bit. "It's possible he exists on a slightly different dimension than us normally. After all, the slightest shift in his mass' dimensional locality along either 'x' or 'y' axis would render his form indiscernible by those unaware an unattuned to it. Hmm, there may be a chance that all supers have a slightly off dimensional locality compared to norms. Sweetie, you may have just given me the subject of my post-graduate thesis. This could be Nobel Prize worthy work!"

She realized she strayed off topic. "Sorry hon. About what you were saying. There ain't nothing under the sun that I can't block if I try. I block your powers, don't I? And since I can see your partner her, and Thalia's, I'll be able to form a barrier against if I have to." She raised an eyebrow with a slight sneer. "Not that you intend to give me reason to, right honey?"

Vlad giggled as Lillian got off-topic talking about Alrus and dimensional planes, and turning it into a thesis and it possibly winning the Nobel prize, when Lillian got back on topic and asked with a sneer, she waved both hands as to gesture that it wasn't gonna happen and said "I really don't intend to give you a reason to, I was simply curious about that subject, besides, I'd rather keep my friends as I have said many times." It was now official, Despite being an Orderling and her being an enemy, they became friends, maybe her place was with those people rather than in the order, although she could abuse her new imprinting power on the Toddler known as Keith, but she felt more comfortable with Lillian and her gang, despite knowing that she only truly knew of Lillian... It was a heavy decision, and Lillian could feel that coming from Vlad...

"To be blunt honey, the order and it's orderlings as well as us, Kaden and the baddies, are two sides of the same coin." He turned back to her barrier examples. Having two barriers dance around each other. "The order has power, numbers, resources, secrecy and a conspiracy behind them. We have knowledge, freedom of actions and a different type of freedom on our side. But we want the same thing, for the norms to see supers and accept them." Her little barriers started bashing into each other as she conducted them. "We have our little spats, and our side hopes norms see us and realize what we can do, and the order covers it up to release the information extremely slowly, if ever at all."

"Really, it's like the nuclear bomb vs nuclear power. After years of secrecy in making the concept work, the first thing they did was blow up a city. Then someone thought to power the city instead." She giggled. "Though sweetie, I have to admit, I do so enjoy playing the villian. It gives a chance to stretch my supernatural muscles, test out my theories. And, since I'm being honest, I'm in it for the alternative financial opportunities as well."

Vlad then shook her head slowly and said "I really do not think that is the the only goal for the order, I had blanked before Arriving at the bank and tried to look into some agent to catch up, but I could not see anything... It's as if they're actually trying to hide their true intentions, Whether it be what you said, or even what they think you guys are trying to do, make everyone live in fear or whatnot" Vlad giggled and said "It's not hard to go for at this point...."

Tyler decided to explore for a bit, clear his head, consider his options as to helping the Order.
Walking back outside, he wandered aimlessly, invisible to the normal passerby.
He thought as he walked. He, from the Agents, knew most of the new orderlings and what they commanded in terms of power.

Two could create objects, but with the possibilities of backfires.
One was blind, but could "see" with help of the earth.
One could throw fireballs. Weakness the water, as would be expected.
One was permanently accompanied by an ancient spirit, similar to his connection with Thalia. But a LOT stricter.
And the others too.

Each had their weaknesses. Some could combo with others to create epic powers. Some were incompatible in power to another. But that was rare.
Tyler knew his own powers, that of destruction, was an effective anti-combo to everyone. MAYBE Lillian could block his powers now, but he was practicing. He was sure that, at a point, he could persuade Thalia to join the Order, and she could maybe combo with others.

Effectively, she combo'd with nearly everyone. She'd persuade them to use their powers, and could make them use more energy than usual for stronger effects. But that wasn't what Tyler liked her to do. Too late for that now.

He sighed dejectedly. Thalia was getting stronger every incident that passed, whilst he grew only in strength every few incidents, leaving him far behind. The stronger she got, the harder it was to change her mind.

But Tyler had an idea. One Tyler would forever hate him for, but by doing it he'd become stronger, and possibly be able to eventually change Thalia's mind.

The idea: Join the Order.

********************************

Piper twirled the dandelion between her fingers, considering the development. The image had stayed, but she wasn't sure she'd be able to create it again using the same image. Being the only one with powers in a family and with no-one to train her did have major drawbacks.

This drew her attention back to the Order. She could join them, train her abilities, and make herself more able.
But she had to consider the motives of the Order. Why would they be randomly training teenagers trying to complete their education.
This made her slightly angry at the Order. She'd been trying hard to catch up, even after 4 or so years of sight. Just when she thought she had caught up and could become an artist when she graduated, as planned, the Order had to come and crash her day dream.
Admittedly, she could still be an artist.
But she had to get into the particular art university so she had more chance of making it big in the artistic world.

She glanced at the sky, and averted her mind from the Order. She was then assaulted by consideration of Thalia's appearance at the bank.

Piper, ever since her family had adopted Thalia, hadn't liked her "sister" much. She was sly, always wanted her own way. Even when Piper had been blind, she'd known her sister was naughty and chaotic. And she couldn't do anything.

Then Thalia had vanished from her life, only to re-appear at the most absurd of times.
Why?
Probably for power and spoils. That was the sort of Thalia Piper remembered.

Jared sitting on the bench lit his hand on fire. The strangers walking past still didn't notice him. "Fine if people don't want to notice me I'll make them notice me." Jared stood from the bench, he turned around and lit the bench on fire. Turning and walking away someone finally noticed the burning bench after he left. Jared walked through the town arriving at a abandoned building. He walked into the building, and walked all the way to the top. Standing on the roof of the building, Jared angered by the thoughts that went through his head, was covered in fire. Releasing his anger the fire left his body encircling him while setting the building on fire. He passed out from the over exertion of his powers. The building on fire brought the fire department. after putting the fire out one of the Firefighters seen the collapsed Jared. He took Jared to the Order HQ hospital.

"Whats the situation?"

"Patient was captured early this morning and was brought immediately here," the nurse said walking beside the military official as he flipped through page after page of the classified document, one that not many are allowed to even glimpse at. With each page his face grew more solemn until he shut it, placed it under his shoulder, and continued at a more hurried pace. Entering the operating room the doctors stopped and raised their masked faces towards the unannounced guest. Placing a scalpel down the head doctor walked towards the man and stopped him, "Excuse me but you can't come in here."

"I can if I have one of these," was the only response the good doctor received, a FBI badge being flashed, and the man stepped past him. Now able to see the target, a white haired youth with black markings under his eyes and very pale skin, strapped to the metal table by steel braces he turned his gaze to a different nurse, "Vitals?"

"Normal, he should be sedated for four hours at least."

"What was the dosage?"

"50 ml for a teenager this size," came the honest response which provoked the most unusual of reactions from the man. He lifted his head quickly and almost leaped across the room to the table were sedatives had been placed out in a neat little row. Grabbing one which had triple the dose he lifted it up, only to be stopped by the staff who had thought him crazy. It wasn't their fault. They had no idea how dangerous the young man who they had actually was . . . nor did they know that a measly 50 ml wouldn't keep him under for long.

A violent ringing in everyone's ears signaled that the target had woken.
And was pissed.

Oh how he hated to be right sometimes.

Breaking free of the others, who had begun clutching their heads in agony, he shuffled over and raised his arm up to inject the boy but toppled to the ground when the pain increased alongside the boy's eyes opening wide; the red irises peering into his. Struggling against the steel braces he couldn't get free and stopped resisting then gazed at one of the nurses, "Peggy . . . Peggy Sue come to me."

"Y-Yes?" Peggy answered standing up and slowly walking to his side. Gently placing a tender hand on his shoulder she could hear his voice in her head, kindly and softly asking that she loosen the braces which "hurt terribly." The FBI Agent struggled to scream out through the haze of pain for her not to listen, that he was only manipulating her, and that under no reasons should she release him. His words never reached her. Unclasping the first he smiled sweetly at her, though she could imagined it, and then he undid the other.

"Thank you Peggy," he said to her now in a cold tone, his bare feet swinging to the side and then touching the tiled floor. Everyone writhing in pain around him his complexion appeared to less pale while he took a deep breath. Looking back at Peggy he touched her hair lightly and thanked her, "Now sleep Peggy, rest your eyes and let eternal slumber embrace you . . ."

Peggy doubled over, falling to the floor with her eyes wide and blood oozing like tears out of them, and her face in a content smile; she looked like she had died from happiness, which wasn't far from the truth. Looking over to the Agent the boy narrowed his eyes and warned him not to follow before announcing to the medical staff, "You will enjoy your greatest pleasures now . . . you will indulge yourself and then like Peggy drift to sleep." Turning his back to the Agent he seemingly vanished into thin air, only to reappear in an entirely different area of the Hospital while the sirens alerted the rest of the staff to the incident which had just occurred.

"How long have I been in this wretched weakened state?" he questioned himself as he looked at the wrinkles in his hand, "Too long. Far too long. The fires are dying and the ashes cooling. But I will reignite them, the world must boil in pools of blood and chaos."

Vlad had giggled as she told her "Thinking about everything, maybe I should join you rather than stay at the Ord-" suddenly, Both Vlad and Lillian recieved an Imprint from Devirath herself, this imprinting had gotten through Lillian's mental barrier like a hot fork through butter, but hadn't damaged it, they both heard "a day within a date, amongst all, 2 large groups of people with differences in power, but with the same cause shalt band together with a single fierce deity to face a being who jepordizes this world!". Vlad paled, she almost never recieves predictions from Devirath, and typically a few parts is right...

As Lukas was chilling downstairs, he heard an alarm coming from what seemed to be the hospital. Not sure he could help, but still willing to try, he picked up the arrows, and ran upstairs, into the elevator shaft. He jumped into the shaft, and through the wall, and started traveling upwards. When he finally reached the hospital, he looked around for the threat. He eventually found who he thought was the threat. He had silver markings, and there were a bunch of dead people around him. A sure sign of a bad time. (OOC: Here we go XD)

"What are you doing here?" He said, readying a Rock Ganlet. He had to admit, he was pretty intimadating. He realised somehting, then. His bow had an alert button on it! He pressed it, and an alarm could be heard downstairs, and on a screen could be found Lukas' bow.

Lillian held her head as if it were a fragile glass piece and moving too fast would break it. "Damn mental tricks," she complained. It was time for an upgrade to her passive mind barrier. Maybe multiple layers. "Let a mind reader in once, and everyone wants to come visit ya," she grumbled. The look on Vlad's face proved she was right in thinking it had something to do with her and her unnecessarily complicated powers. What was that all about now? Destiny? Deities? And the cliche save the world thing. That was why she hated spiritual mumbo jumbo. Give her science any day. "Ya see, honey, this is why I hate prophecies. Could they have been any vaguer?"

Keith was just leaving the base after his rather productive training session when they rushed Jared in. He hastily moved out of the way, then scrambled after them, partly out of concern for his teammate, partly out of curiosity, and partly out of a sense of duty. They took Jared to a room for treatment, since he hadn't been seriously injured from the fire. Keith tried to get into the room shortly after.

"I'm sorry young man," the nurse on duty said, holding him back. "But I can't allow you to get in."

"But, I'm, I'm..." Keith thought fast. "I'm his brother," in arms, "We aren't that close, our parents aren't together," they never met in fact, "and I just met him," yesterday, actually, when the order gave us a job. "I... can't lose him. Not again." His eyes glowed faintly as he created some tears to add more drama and credibility to his rapidly spun tale. The nurse bought it and let him in. He waited until he heard her footsteps recede, and then pumped his fist in the air. "Score!"

He continued his mission and dragged a chair over to Jared's bed. "Hey, hotshot, you okay?" he asked. He activated his cage, and used his new psychogeometric vision to look over Jared's injuries. "Hm, maybe not."

Jared woke up to the alarm blaring in the hallways. Stumbling out of bed this was nothing new to him. It seemed like every time he got angry he woke up in a hospital bed he had an idea of why but he didn't know for sure. openning the door Jared seen nurses and doctors ushering the patients back into there rooms. He knew he had to go, he picked up the clothes that were sitting next to his bed and put them on. Stumbling out his door Jared walked the hallways till he found the entrance to the hospital. There he seen Agent's standing, blocking the doorway not allowing any to leave or enter into the building.

After visiting Jared, Keith figured he should learn more about the facility hiding the base. Since he couldn't wander the hospital in regular clothes, and was too short and young to pass for a doctor or nurse, he did the next best thing. He made a patient's robe for himself and threw it over his street clothes. With his bandages hand, it fit. With that somewhat adequate disguise, he went exploring. He succeeded in getting kicked out of his second ward and was making his way through the children's ward when the alarms went crazy. "I didn't do anything!" he exclaimed. He heard footsteps pounding and spotted a group rushing down the corrider, so he jumped into the closest open room.

The residents, a boy with a broken arm and another with a bandage on his head made to protest, but Keith put a finger to his lips and they complied with his request for silence. The group of security and nurses rushed past the doorway, not even stopping or glancing in his direction. "Okay, interesting," he murmured. He slipped out and waved to the boys inside. "Thanks. And you never saw me."

He was thinking of following the rushing group, but figured his safest bet was the opposite direction. He hurried down the corridor, turning the corner in time to see a strange person appear out of thin air. It startled him enough that his cage established itself. He didn't drop it, pleased that his training was already becoming second nature, but he pulled back, pecking cautiously while remaining hidden anyway.

Vlad then shook her head and said "To be quite honest, It was not my imprinting Lillian, It was Devirath's Imprinting... It was because of her as to why I was here in the first place... At least 1 Piece of Devirath's prophecies is never wrong... She predicts that the Order wouldn't have any choice but to join Kaden to Save the world... but from whom?... A 'Single Fierce Deity' can refer to Alrus, but I'm not certain, If it was Alrus, Would the other 2 come to help?... Who knows?" She could feel a lot of Negativity coming from her left, She felt uneasy, but looks like she wouldn't have a choice... She then said "It looks like I have to join you so I'm able to better my powers, Besides, Alrus over here likes to torture plenty of other people...."

"What are you doing here?" someone called out as people dropped around Malus loud enough to actually catch his attention. Looking at the boy his eyes narrowed and he turned to face him head on, walking slowly towards him until he heard another alarm starting to sound alongside the other one. Scowling he clenched his fist but stopped when the footfall of people, Agents, rushing at him reached his ears.
The Agents were attempting to keep everything undercover, making sure nobody got close enough were they would be put in danger. With each person coming in they would usher them out of the danger zone without incident, but every so often they had to show a little force.

"Young man you need to leave the area now," one of the black suited men said as Jared walked towards the barrier.
"Freeze!" one of the Agents said pointing his gun at Malus and the other boy, unsure which one was potentially dangerous. Looking at the entire group of armed military soldiers Malus hardly batted an eye then turned his attention to them. Raising his hand the men called out in pain and lowered their weapons with a pounding headache afflicting each of them.

"He is the target, ensure his capture and allow me free passage," Malus said without even having to open his mouth, the cold voice coming from everywhere at once, as the men nearly doubled over. His hand slowly lowering as they righted their position then turned to aim at Lukas while the other one began walking away.

Vlad Sighed, She was sensing Negative Energy towards the hospital, And that wasn't the only thing she sensed, Below the area around her, A Huge mass of Negative Energy was heading toward where Vlad sensed the Negative energy above ground, As if an extremely Severe crime was taking place at the hospital, She then said to Lillian "I'm not sure if that is it, But Aluria's Temple is moving towards the Hospital, Since I haven't officially joined you guys yet, I still have to obey my duties as a High Priestess to Alrus" She was about to use the Barrier Charge that Lillian Gave her, but She was stopped by an Imprint from Devirath, Suddenly, A Black Spear-like Staff shot out of the ground, within reach of Vlad, Which Vlad took and said "Thanks Devirath..." She used the Barrier Charge to Fly out of the Area, Following the Negativity Trail....

Okay, this was turning into something much more... eventful than Keith first imagined. It wasn't too late to back away and run, but he was behind the front lines and, well, he wanted to see how things would turn out. He focused. He wanted something he could use to watch the action from a relatively safe distance. A camera would be good, but his abilites still tended to act flaky if he knew too much but not enough. He went for science fiction instead. A scouter from DBZ... no, not good enough... flying camera? Small enough to be overlooked. He smiled as the perfect one came to him. He focused, and a small ball formed, as well as something looking like a psp. A kino. Right out of stargate.

He tossed it lightly around the corner and used the controls to hover near the roof, allowing his a good vantage point. He blanched at bit at what he saw. The blind kid was being held a gunpoint. And some other dude was apparently pulling the strings. Not good. Not good at all.

Jared just looked at the man and shook his head "Sorry but I can't leave, there's something here that needs to be stopped and I tend to find out what it is. But if you don't allow me through," Jared held up his hand and a small flame came out of it, but quickly died. "Damn looks like my powers haven't returned to normal yet. Well looks like my comeback for this one isn't gonna work. I'll just limp back to my bed now." Jared walked around the corner then took off down the hallway to find another way around. Eventually getting to a door that wasn't locked, or guarded by agents. Jared went through the door to find Keith holding a PSP. "Is now really the best of times to be playing games?"

Vlad was still flying after the third temple using the Barrier Charge, She did not realize it, but her outfit was changing as she flew, Her shirt changed to be a little more Tattered than her normal shirt, but was Black and more Leathery, Her pants also ad the same Leathery texture, but were a very dark purple, Her choker and her necklace was still there, but her face became covered with a very thin and very long scarf that was the same color as her pants, In addition, She also donned 2 relatively thin capes that hung below, Nearly touching the Barrier, Also a very dark purple. Her eyes became an Indigo instead of her normal Blue, She was looking for the Temple when it had stopped at the hospital, Which she deactivated the Barrier charge, She held her Spear and looked at the FBI Agents trying to gun down the Blind kid that she recognized, She looked to her right and saw Malus and sensed the ginormous amount of Negativity from him, That settles what was drawing the temple here, Her eyes Glowed red, which allowed Vlad to shoot her soul out of her body to Imprint the opposite of what the FBI Agents were seeing, Lukas being Malus and Malus being Lukas, Causing the Agents to instead Aim their guns at Malus again... Suddenly, Malus could hear Giggling as Vlad attempted to infiltrate Malus's Mind...

(OOC: BTW, Keith, Lillian, and whoever else are not the only ones with science powas. Lukas uses science also)

"No man, I'm minnocent!" He was ready to punch the end of the guns up. He prepared his fist of stone, which would make him stronger, but it wasn't needed. It was odd how the FBI agents suddenlly turned away from Lukas and to the other person, but he wasn't complaining. Lukas was relieved as the guns were pointed away from him. He walked up to Mr. Mind Control, which he had named Malus, and sent a barrage of stone at him. Coming from behind the stone, was Lukas, sacrificing his body. He had his arms at a V-Shape in front of him, in casMalus tried to side step the stones. If he didn;t, than Lukas would crash straight into Malus, hurting then both massive amounts. He was 4 feet above the ground, parallel to it. He was using the speed of the gaunlets to keep him upight.

Malus raised his eyes as the FBI agents miraculously changed their target from the one he had persuaded them to shoot at back to him. Managing to get behind a corner as they slowly marched towards him he closed his eyes, his mind focusing on the task he needed to accomplish. He was so focused he hadn't realized that the other boy, the one who he had the FBI Agents shooting at, was dashing towards him in a stone form. The impact knocked them through the corner and away from each other. Coughing and spitting up blood Malus' eyes grew wide with shock seeing that he was bleeding so much, then up at the people slowly surrounding him.

"Indeed I am not strong enough yet to take on so many at once," his voice called out once more without the need to move his lips, echoing in everyone's mind. Standing back up he held both hands out as a large serpent appeared and hissed, causing the FBI Agents to begin shooting at it while the walls buckled and shook underfoot. Malus didn't seem to be bothered by the convulsing ground beneath him and turned to flee; the creature he had spawned unaffected by the bullets being shot at it.

(OOC: Wow, that was easier than I thought. Also, I apologize if this is godmodding, though it's really gonna halp Jake more. If you want me to change this, I will.)

"Oh, Shi-" He was able to finish his sentence as he flew into Malus, hurting his head terriblly.. He staggered back up as the agents started shooting at the serpent. Lukas walked up to the serpent, still in his rock fist form. He snuck up behind it, picked it up, and snapped its neck, putiing it back on the floor, its dead body sitting on the floor. He turned back to the now fleeing Malus, and gave chase. "Now, where were we? Oh yeah, I was kicking you through the floor!" He did the same thing he di last time, only sticking his fist straight out, making him look rather like Superman. Malus turned a corner, and Lukas tried to stop, or turn, but failed misrebally. He crashed through the wall, and Lukas started to panic. He then remembered he had his fist, and he shot down, towards the ground, and went under it again. He was satisfied that he had made the threat go away, though he was dissapointed by his failure. He went into his room, and realized that he needed a bed and the such, and set out to find some furniture.
