^Fake Type Rebellion btw.
I'm behind that idea, I'd be happy to write something on Akatsuki of YCM for example.
And if not that, maybe let each club have a party during one day?
Clubs can be full of spam, sure, but Dark's right in that clubs make communities. I know we've done Status parties before, maybe the same could be done for Clubs, just for one day.
And if the club wants, it can let outsiders post temporarily.

Basically, I'm proposing we throw the rules out the window for a day which is probably a dumb idea and maybe pointless to an extent, but it's the best I can think of.
Whether we do this or a pseudo-fic for commemoration, I'm good with it.

Congratz I guess? 1million posts seems a bit over the top though. But better here than general itself.
And Striker's post is egotistical by a very wide margin =/. He won a popularity contest, not a contest of skill.

It's hugely over the top.:S But ok, I wouldn't have noticed it without the status update...

How about instead of doing something usually relegated to Custom Cards and Contests, we do something that actually directly deals with Clubs and Organizations? I understand that this forum is based around card-making, but that doesn't mean everyone in C&O still makes cards, or really ever even made cards. If we're going to do something to celebrate C&O's achievements, we need to do something that directly deals with C&O, don't you think? Would you have a party celebrating the invention of the doorknob for Newton's one thousandth birthday? Clearly not, so let's do something relevant.

I was thinking that we could get a few writers to forge mock battles between a few clubs. Not really like a fan-fiction, just humorous battles that incorporate concepts of C&O, rivalries (Fake Type Knights and... the anti-Fake Type Knights?), the sort. It's something we can all sit back and enjoy reading since we all are accustomed to the various facets of C&O - it is something we have that other forums don't. We're the only forum where communities are formed, where groups of people consistently come together and discuss. And the more personal the written pieces are, the better the experience will be. We don't need anything flashy with prizes, we need something that is representative of C&O.

Ok, that's why the suggestion came up to organize a large variety of events.
Sure, the main one should be centered in this section, but since the idea of a card contest came up, why shouldn't we organize something club-themed there too?

If someone can write the mock battles, that'd be great, because I'm not really good at it.^^'

You can have your parties, but I'm against the idea of forgetting about the rules for a day and just letting the spam out. Don't get me wrong, I'm not incredibly lazy when it comes to Internet forums, but the number of personal in this section...is very low compared to the activity. It would be quite chaotic to go through every thread and dish the spam posts out.

But alternatively, we could make one huge thread where people can discuss everything they want. Just the entire section coming together into some kind of party topic, because that would make it easier to clean up afterwards and it's all centered in one bunch. (Of course the topic will be deleted later on.)
Yes/no?

Actually, I really like that idea.
This or Dark's idea, I'd be behind.

A few debates topics?:/
No, it's a single thread where people can come together/celebrate/spam for all I care, just like one big club for a day or more. And afterwards it gets deleted so I don't see how this would confuse anyone. I find it more confusing to go through every active thread (and that means a lot of these) and remove every single post made for the spam day.:/

The mock battles will be posted the way the person who can do them decides to.

Rather than delete it, lock it and potentially move it to Games if you really care about the increase in post count. Don't you want to archive it so we can keep the memories? If you delete it, everyone who wasn't here for the celebration won't even get a mere glimpse of what we did.

NO, flaming is never allowed anywhere. I'm all for making a big celebration thread for a day where the rules on spam aren't so strict (I mean, there's nothing too fancy about celebrating posts :S). But all the other rules stay in place, if someone wants to flame/cuss/be an idiot...he should go somewhere else.

I don't really mind where the thread ends up afterwards, I'm pretty sure that it should take place here, but I could move it to Games later on. That or screenshots, there are a few options.

So who can do mock battles?
