Thar
KOTOR was awesome. TOR is going to be awesome. The first Force Unleashed was great. The books are usually okay, but my favorite are the Fate of the Jedi series. BTW, the second I read this, that commercial for the Blue-ray Star Wars set came on.
Sucks cause I don't have a Blu-Ray player. Yet again, why would I need one? I still watch VHS's an they're still awesome.

Besides, why are Blu-ray players so much better than DVD players? IMO they're the same, just more expensive. All that matters is the movie, not the sound quality or picture. Movies aren't like video games, which there are some that you'd not only watch over and over again, but buy over and over again (looking at you, OoT) well, some are. But if you're watching them on VHS, I at least suggest getting it on DVD.

ThatPhantomGuy
[s]I think it's pretty narrow-minded for people to simply write off the (new) Clone Wars series. 'Cause number one; you are not George Lucas and you did not create Star Wars, so you really have little imput to how the story should go. [/endtrollrant][/s] I basically see the newer Clone Wars series as an extended and more detailed version of the 15 minute cartoon Clone Wars series which had little to no dialogue. I love both series, they each have their pros and cons. But I was majorly. MAJORLY. MAJORLY!!! Disapointed in the Boba Fett's revenge episode, especially the ending between Boba and Mace. I could troll rant this entire thread, but I will try not too... And no, no new prequel. Yeah Episode 1 wasn't that great, but an entire remake would be too much.
The thing is, though, there's more to the story. If there is another prequel, then it would just tell us what was written before that era rather than just fudging it and making it look like another overly dramatic new beginning like the previous one. On another note, hear this: George Lucas is planning on releasing a live-action Star Wars TV show. Yes, not cartoon crap, but live-action. He said that the show would be set in the 19-year period between Episodes III and IV. Of course, the show isn't going to be aired until later, but as soon as they advertise it, I'm sure it will be a hit, personally. I don't know about you guys. ThatPhantomGuy
Oh, I was under the impression we were talking about Episode 1. *Ahem* You make a good point, and now that I think of it, an Episode 0 could be used. But bringing things back down to reality, I really doubt a prequel will ever be made into a movie. The Star Wars movies and George Lucas focused on one thing; Anakin Skywalker, from his beginning to his death. That's why there's no Episode 7, or in this case, going to be an Episode 0. Although an Episode 0 featuring the Old Republic and etc. would be awesome, it wouldn't mesh correctly into the other movies. Yes, I heard of the live action series! I've been waiting forever ever since they said so since... '05? XD

Also, for those of you who are interested, I made a Star Wars club.
