Spell Card
This card can only be activated while you control a level 1 Ritual or Fusion Monster. Draw 1 card. Once until the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, you can Special Summon 1 monster equipped to a monster you control.

If you control a face-up Level 1 Ritual or Fusion Monster, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard and add 1 "Relinquished" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand or 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. Afterwards, when this card is removed from the field, remove it from play.

Eyes in the Sands of Time
Counter Trap
This card can only be activated when you add 1 Ritual Spell or Ritual Monster to your hand by card effect. Until the 3rd End Phase after this card is activated, when a monster your Opponent controls would be sent to the graveyard and you control a Level 1 Ritual or Fusion Monster, you can equip that card to a monster you control instead.

So you're essentially making Relinquished into a less restrictive and underpowered (stats-wise) Meklord. Good thinking, I like it.

Hm. I feel like this monster's effect should be better spent trying to bring Relinquished out; not to be used after its out, like its effect implies. Seein that it does not beckons the question: what exactly would you be using this card for?

This last one feels like it'd be spammed. 3 turns might be too many.

Overall, I like the idea. Relinquished always deserved more support for such a cool effect. (instead, konami just spawned the meklords)

Seems a bit inconsistent, but if built correctly, deck shouldn't have problems getting Relinquished out, so it's not a big problem. Making Relinquished a permanent Change of Heart is cool.

So it's basically "Win more" card? Have one Relinquished on field, get another one. But a nice backup plan I think. Plus, so much support

Oh man, this is insane. Stops Synchro shenanigans, Samurais etc. Activation conditions balance it IMO.
