IMO, a bit OP-ed so... Any comments?

Needs to at least be: 'each time a "Scrap" monster you control is destroyed by an Opponent's card effect' or 'each time a "Scrap" monster you control is destroyed by a "Scrap" monster's effect.'

Really OPed anyway though.

So Scrap King should not be able to trigger his destruction responce to his destruction effect. It's essentially, "Special Summon this card while you control 2 or more "Scrap" monsters. Use Scrap Dragons effect twice." Do not want.

Same with Scrap Queen.

For some reason, I want to give king the draw ability and queen the destruction abllity, but that's up to you.
