Well, based off the name. You'd think it was a machine.

I'm not sure if requiring a Level 8 synchro is the best idea if you're thinking BWs, after all, BWs hardly ever get out silverwind out, usually it's a Level 7 like Armor Master or Level 6.

I really like the SS effect, er, the first one, but I'm not sure how many times you'd actually tribute this card.

Finally, I think you need to limit the amount of times you can use this cards revival ability to 'once per duel'.

Yeah, I had a picture in mind for this that kind of resembled a machine-bird"ish" looking thing, but I lost it and just happen to like to the name I had for it. I also had another Level 8 Synchro to go with this card, but I kinda lost that too. >.>

As for the summon effect(s): I will very likely be changing the second one so that it is a "once per duel" thing. And as for the tributing; Icarus Attack and maybe sometimes Sirocco.

Odd effect, but it looks interesting. The level should probably be lower as Aggro said, but otherwise, cool.
