thanks :D Hope Levialiss before was kinda more abusable when the term was "When a face-up FIRE monster leaves the field" so i nerfed it , i believe Rekindarray is to be a bit of the set's centre to hold up but not sure.

the other 4 cards are actually Xyz monsters and will post it later.

yeah for some reason i see that too O.o hmm Diva Support? that never really hit me at the point although they're lvl 4 and higher so it's good that they're not lvl 3 or lower lol

EDIT: Add the Xyz monsters, thought a day later would be enough time for to post add them :)

Seaflare Wildserpent: Something with low ATK and high DEF could result in massive burn, and it creates an infinite loop with Leviabliss, but other than that it doesn't look bad. Have it banished after it uses the SS effect, and have the revealed monster need X DEF or less, to have better control of the burn. Also, it needs to say where you reveal the Sea Serpent from.

Shining Sunorca: It turns everything in your hand into a Sangan search for anything in 2 attributes. Limit it to LIGHT/FIRE Sea Serpents and it's fine though.

Blaze Helliathan: The recovery effect should really only work if sent to the Grave from the field, or perhaps field or Xyz Material, and maybe need your opponent to destroy it. Also, add it to where?

Hope Leviabliss: Loops with Wildserpent, generates +1s, and searches out other monsters in the theme. Like Wildserpent, it needs the removal effect, although it could be changed to still work if it's banished by it's own effect instead.

White Sears-Fish Lancer: It should be 'The effect of "White Sears-Fish Lancer" can only be activated once per turn', and 'This card is also treated as a LIGHT monster'. I'd also make the burn effect only activate on destruction, just to simplify the effect.

Rekindarray: The card's level becomes 5, rather than the card becoming level 5, and you need to say where it goes to the deck from - as is it's from the field, which just slows you up.

Sea Dragon Celestial, Leviark: Overall, it's nice. I'd make the ATK gain only until the End Phase (and if it already is, it needs to say it), and perhaps also have the effect apply whilst it has materials, rather than when it doesn't, to fit with the general theme of Xyz monsters.

Magma Leviathan Deity, Leviarch: Pretty much the same as the above.

Life-Awakened Fallen Leviathan: It's nice, but 2300 seems a litle underpowered for what's little more than a beatstick with a revival. It could go to 2500-2600 easily, although perhaps limiting the revival to Sea Serpents.

Ash-Rised Sear Dragon: Needs to specify it's summoned from the grave, in case your opponent removes it for some reason, but other than that it's nice.

Overall, they're nice cards. It's good that they don't work with Diva, because it splits the Sea Serpents, so you can't run most or all of the best ones together.

Well i went most of your suggestion although they're all meant to regard to the field all the time. also i did some other alternative toward your suggestions. i wasn't too keen on the suggestion on the xyz monsters as your suggestion seem to be at generic Xyz monster's standard while those are not generic also they're kinda at point of being between rank 3-4 and rank 4-5 so they're like 3.5 and 4.5 in a way.

so with Leviark and leviarch i rid the last effects and bump their ATK and DEF by 200 instead.

the last 2 Xyz monster: i bump down the ATK from 2300 to 2200 and still kept its effect general and for the last one i added the graveyard.
