[The year is 1954, it has been 9 year since the end of World War II and the United States is still riding on an emotional high from winning the war.The American population is proud that there country had won a war to protect there allies.For the east coast of America things were going fine, but in the west there have been some problem that have arisen.The crime rate in major city has sky rocketed, and riots have started to form.The worse of the major city for violence and crime is Reno, Nevada and that is where our story starts Reno is not as big as it is today it only about half the size and the biggest building is only about four stories tall. The streets are littered with trash, its impossible to take a step without stepping in other peoples garbage.There are abandoned cars on every corner rusting away in the city streets.The most famous hang out for people is the Western Heights Tavern.]

[spoiler=Plot]The plot of this story is following the lives of the people who live in Reno. The plot will grow as the story goes and sub plot will sprout out.
