Nathanael D. Striker
I <3 voting in 1v1s. Allows me to see what people do under pressure.
Ah Harpies, they needed the help. The name treating part of the effect ruins the playability of the card since it will share the same ruling as "Haprie Lady 1, 2, and 3." It brings a +2 with it upon it being Special Summoned, which is a bit too much even for an underrated archetype. Also, the last SS clause seems similar to "Glow-up Bulb". Playabilty: 7.5/10 OCG: 9.5/10 Balance: 8/10 Creativity: 8/10 Name: 5/5 Total: 38/45

You could have condensed all the HERO types to just HERO. This allows a +1, itself which is not that bad. Did you have Fusion in mind when you made this card? That is what I see, and it is done decently. Playability: 8/10 OCG: 8.5/10 Balance: 8.5/10 Creativity: 8.5/10 Name: 4.5/10 Total: 41/45
By my reviews, Card B gets my vote. Also, feel free to question my reviews. It does help the process.
Jord200
I would have to say I vote for the first card because, the art is a bit more colorful. It has more in it than a shadowy black figure.

Vote counted though. ^^ 0-1 Card B.
I would have to say I vote for the first card because, the art is a bit more colorful. Mugendramon
Card B's HeroX5 instead of HERO looks almost on purpose. How can you capitalize in the name but not effect? Also, everyone loves a good ol' generic +1, huh. ...Then again, both are +1s xD I'm voting for card A anyway, because HEROes are so oversupported it makes me sick. btw, this whole thing is painfully obvious. Card A is birdie's and B is Black's, and card B's mistake is on purpose. I'm going to do as you want and give her a vote, though.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
It certainly makes Harpies a lot faster, especially since you can just Reborn this monster and get two more Harpies back on the field. The last effect though kinda killed it. That basically is saying "hey, screw you, my Harpies can't be destroyed, lol troll face." I have to give a -1 to that. Especially if it is only the top card of your Deck.

I don't really see Elemental/Evil/Masked/Vision heroes Summoning fast enough for this card's effect to kick in. Sure you can Foolish it and then use Poly to Fusion Summon something like "Elemental Hero Flame Wingman", but then, you're left with a 300 ATK/DEF card that can easily be destroyed. -1 for that. Also, why wouldn't you make Sendo a Synchro Material Monster? Another -1.

Card A gets my vote. DL
Pic aside, tho they're both good Sendo seems useful if you know how to use him right. Harpie Mage is useful for Harpies, even for a noob. (I'd assume so, since I'm useless in strategy-building and I could find ways to use it easily) All in all Harpies would be benefit more from Hapie Mage than Heroes from Sendo (less Jaden uses Sendo) At least, that's what I think. Sides, reviving 2 harpies at once is smex And with how easy SSing is currently, it is teh smex >;3 Card A gmv
