Shizuku Oikawa
A better Handcuffs Dragon, I'll tell you that, even if it is a one-time only effect. Sad it isn't Level 3 for Surface.
darkwolf777
Seems like an easier to use Handcuffs Dragon, except without the Special Summoning of itself: Easier due to it being level 4 instead of level 5, that and it seems like you can ram it into your opponent's monster, unlike Handcuffs Dragon. Toffee.
They should re-name this card to "Shark's Hair" ...Pretty neat how it sets the ATK to 0, for potential Reptilian shenanigans.
Legend Zero
Have you guys watched the episode? If so then where? DX Interesting, but I don't see it having future use.
CDDRodrigo
Nah, too slow and the effect is not worth it. But artwork is hilarious.

Agro
@機皇神龍アステリスク YES. The card is nice, but Kisaragi is right, it needs to be Level 3.
-Berserker-
Is it a Fish? Because Coelacanth only negates the effects of it's summoned monsters while they are on the field...

White Void
A Shark character deck seems like it would be pretty fun to play, the guy has some hilarious cards flavor-wise. It's pretty decent, depending on being destroyed in battle makes it not quite reliable but still...it's okay.
