Airride
Chaos Dragon Level 6/LIGHT/Dragon/Effect/2300 ATK/2000 DEF Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK Monster from your Graveyard. Once per Turn; Pay 1000 Life Points: Send all cards In both players hands to the graveyard. Inflict 300 damage to each player for each card that is sent to the Graveyard by this effect. Then, your opponent draws 1 card. The turn you activate this effect, you may not declare an attack. A 'Weak' Emperor dragon, like what Chaos sorcerer is to BLS. Link to comment
Agro
Yeah, but I liked the part where the cards on the field got blown up by CED. I could care less about the hand. Link to comment

Besides, that was the broken part. @Reaction:At least it has a cost and Hurts you too, and It can't be used on the 1st turn, unless you get FuFu or something. Link to comment

[/quote] My guess is because this card can still attack. ..... Oh, and Darkworlds + Fableds would LOL with this card all day. Link to comment
.Rai
To be honest, the main reason CED was banned was because of the hand sweep. Things like Spirit Reaper and Fenrir and the likes would make this broken. And Dark Worlds and Fabled would indeed lol. Link to comment
Airride
Changes made. Opponent draws 1, and you can't attack that turn. Link to comment
Bringerofcake
Change discard to send and then we won't have Tier 0 Fabled World. Link to comment
NumberCruncher
Agree with Bringerofcake. That does seem abusable. Maybe return to the deck would be more appropriate all around anyway. Link to comment
Airride
Changed to send. Thinking about just making it Send 1 card in each field and hand to graveyard, and can't attack that turn, possibly including burn if they sent monsters. Link to comment
