Your rules are about as clear as mud. As far as I can see, the Number has to have the effect it would in real life, and not be broken. It then has to have a picture that matches the style of the numbers (where do we find those?) and I have no idea what you mean by the picture looking like it's 'for a pack or special event?' Not breaking the rules is implied by them being rules.

I might have entered, but since it your obsession with the image suggest that you wouldn't take written cards I won't, because I won't find a picture fitting for any card I design.

A prize is generally points or reps. What does 'A custom signature card and deck?' mean exactly? It sounds like you'll make some cards for the winner, but why should we get them from you and not make our own?

What do you mean by player must create card in magic set editor?

Magic Set Editor is a downloadable program that creates cards for a number of CCGs, including Magic: The Gathering and Yugioh. You can find it putting it into google.

What I can't work out is why the host is insisting on the use of an external program that I would imagine many would need to download when this site has it's own card maker feature. Even if the other program has Xyzs, many can use custom templates and wouldn't want to use it anyway.

yes

See, this is what I mean about being unclear. We could tell you wanted everyone to use Magic Set Editor; what needed clarifying was firstly what it was, and secondly why you won't accept cards made using either this sites card maker nor a template and image editing software.
