When this card in your Graveyard is banished, you can Special Summon it. If this card is Special Summoned this way, banish it when it leaves the Field. If another "Chaos" monster you control would be destroyed by battle: you can destroy this card instead.

Chaos Pixie
LIGHT | Lvl 3 | Fairy / Effect | 1200/1300
Cannot be Normal Summoned or set. Must be Special Summoned when there is a banished LIGHT monster and a banished DARK monster. If you control another "Chaos" monster: you can return this card to your Deck; return 1 of your banished LIGHT or banished DARK monsters to your Graveyard.

I do, just not in the mood to make balanced cards as I usually do. And of course, no chaos support will ever be balanced.

It's not balanced, and I'm not going to rate a card because really, rating cards is pretty stupid imo.

The fact here is that the Chaos archtype doesn't need support.

The card would be a little more fun if it said "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing 1 LIGHT or DARK monster in your graveyard."

I got a CED years ago right before it was banned and didn't get any time to play it. Now I'm angry.

Though I do have BLS now, and I'm running decks with it in mind. Though I do need 2 more dimensional alchemists...
