For that last ditch draw to turn the duel around, anime style. No longer do you have to use 'Spellbook inside the Pot' in fan fiction duels!

Your opponent draws 1 card. Draw cards until the total number of cards on your side of the field and in your hand (excluding this card) is 3. During the End Phase: send all cards in your hand to the Graveyard; take damage equal to the number of cards sent x1000. You can only activate the effect of 'Frenzy Draw' once per duel.

2000 is too risky?

Draw cards until you have 4 other cards in total in your hand and [b]on your side of the field. Make it at least you control 1 card on the field, to make you not Drawing 4 cards so easily[/b]

Hm, the idea is for this card to be the godly topdeck that the anime characters get (and therefore for protagonist use in fanfiction), so they wouldn't have anything on the field, while the opponent has a boss mon out. I suppose 4 is overkill though...

Version 2 is up, a nerfed version. Keep the comments and criticism coming! Which do you prefer?

I myself prefer the lower, but that might just be my aversion to the possible +4. Other than that, opponent draws 1 card ought to be a reasonable cost
