I don't know, but both of them don't really work at current E-Hero Deck. But Chaos one is better, can add E-hero from deck to hand. It work better in Ehero deck.

Phantom Stranger's card is under powered and mainly for defense and would make the game more slow than it should be since an Elemental Hero deck is a very fast pace deck for offence (I might still be wrong on that part but still) All and all I would go with Phantom's card. Also a 4 rank xyz isn't the same as a level 4 monster...but still both are still good cards..just abusable.[/center][/center]
