[/quote] If you enjoyed doing it, I wouldn't exactly call it "waste". Galaxy Eyes is pretty cool. Kaito has some proportional errors though. It's pretty good =D (sorry in advance) As a serious critique: -Kaito's mouth looks weird. Even if it's stylized for anime, it might be a bit too round in some places. -His wrists are pretty much non-existent -His hands need to be a bit bigger (and his arms longer). -He either needs to have his ear show, or his hair cover the surface where the ear should be a bit more properly. -The outlines of his torzo don't look quite right (I can't point out/describe what it is though) -The left (my left) side of his coat/cape/thing, is covering a bit of his upper leg. That'd be ok if there was wind blowing it in that direction, but there are no notorious traces of such a thing from the rest of the image. -His left (my right), his shoulder is probably in the wrong place. Hands, feet, legs, arms, proportions, textures. It has a variety of things to have into account. ^at least that's something I've read before in a couple of artists' books, and I agree with it. I can draw you a baddass-looking dragon with more than 2 wings (with detail on each feather or menbrane), scaled AND patterned body, part of his skeleton showing, spikes growing out of his body in different angles, 2+ heads with different faces, and breathing different elements and not just fire, all with relative ease... but it'll take me longer to draw you a person. xD You case is probably a "specialty" since that's the primary thing you focus on drawing, it's natural getting good on that field.
