Eh, it would be a long process, and I don't exactly have the most time on my hands, but if I did I would be sooo happy. :3

Just like Sploosh says ^-^
I did stick figures myself on elementary school, and the most complex stuff I did on middle school were circles (not very well done ones for that matter) xD

Then [s]I'll show off some of my non-fanart[/s] I do stuff like this nowadays: =D

Animes are cartoons

With character depth

And good art style

What's not to like?

EDIT:

Sleepy-chan, I must inform you your dragon left me absolutely stunned

So I must like your post

hai Byakuya

And fun fact

I actually very rarely look at anything while I'm drawing, no references

And I hardly ever use character models unless I'm REALLY stuck on a pose x (I've been usin them more recently tho)

EDIT:

Issun...there's like over 9000 art styles of manga .-.

Chances are you'll like one xD

No good art comes from the absence of character models. Unless you're directly transferring from a still life or picture, that's fine. I've done those. I may probably show them...

Yeah, different artists like different things.
Though in art classes, some teachers disagree on anime. Their main reason is that, art classes encourage the idea of observing real life stuff. It's the best and quickest way to learn for the people still learning to draw. Anime is not a bad thing, though, I've met fellow students that grab it as their "style" and get stuck on the cartoonish way of drawing.

Also met anime-drawing people that do really baddass stuff, certainly. ^-^

anyways, I'll go eat something.. brb.

EDIT:

Weird. Conversation froze after I went for lunch...

hmmmm.... well, I guess I'll do some homework while I wait and see.
