Posted September 25, 2011 Report Share Posted September 25, 2011 Luck is for those who depend on critical hits to win whereas if you had, say a high STR and PER rating you could waste a LUK build character using a Melee or Rifle weapon and while most LUK builds can accumulate greater damage via criticals it is irrelevant to a STR build if you poured points into ENDURANCE!!!
