I saw a couple guys climbing the wall one time... about 2 years ago, and I very rarely get to see people handcuffed there (and when I do, it's not really clear if it was because of drug dealing, lack of papers, aggression towards the officers, or what). I don't think much happens regarding that topic. I hate the border. There's just sooo many people everyday... I did 1 hour of line today... and that was just the usual... EDIT: I feel like such a party pooper. Everything went a little more quiet after my comment. Well anyways...
