Rarity uses it for bussiness. Trixie uses it for the magic shows. Finally, mostly everyone else can't use their horns very well. Earth Ponies do the constructions of buildings and stuff (or so it seems), and Luna and Celestia already lifted the Unicorns' chore off them long ago. I think Unicorns might go extinct in the future or something.
