She is a school teacher alright, but she is either for Elementary or for Kindergarden. The image of Kindergarden female teachers I have seen in a few places, is a young woman to whom some student tends to fall in love with... usually. So, Applejack was the last in her class to get her Cutie Mark, right? The funny thing is, however, this is only true applying the fact that neither Pinkie nor Rarity were, or probably COULD have been in her class.
