[/quote]Yes, but the main characters, Equality 7-2521 and Liberty 5-3000, and in a broader sense, all characters of the novella, are part of a collective, and hold no specific individuality until the end of the novella when they manage to leave. Luna acknowledges that she is an individual and casually refers to herself with "I" or "me." Her usage is in the fact that when a member of a royal family addresses someone, they use "we" or "us" in reference to the entire royal family, not just the speaking individual. I feel like Twilight.
