But nature doesn't care about the desires of a manchild, and decided to start wrapping everything up one month before the end of the winter. They are supposed to bloom middle september, but since last week my city is already full of flowers (mostly the pink variety, but there is also white, yellow and purple). This is of the few common trees that loses their leaves during winter (not autumn, as it is still mild hot) in these latitudes, and at the end of the winter they decide having flowers is a lot more important than getting new leaves, so they look like the one in the photo (not all of them have holes in the foliage, just the ones that mess with the the electric and telephone cables, and that applies to any other kind of tree. I think the lapachos make a good substitute for cherry blossoms if in need of an anime-esque scene in a place like here lacking cherry trees. About the rest of the weather change, we are already experiencing summer-like temperatures, as I have said more than once, we only have winter a couple of days every one or two weeks. There is no snow to remove because we never have snow, not even in our highest montains (that are just a couple hundred meters over the plains anyways).
