Imperialdramon Paladin Posted September 1, 2011 Report Share Posted September 1, 2011 So yeah, I've decided to take up Mixed Martial Arts and get in the best fuckin shape of my life! ;DI have a personal trainer 3 days a week, I do Muay Thai once a week, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu once a week and then two days off. I'm on a hardcore diet regime designed to get me into competing as and when I'm ready and I drink Maximuscle protein shakes once at a time before a workout.
