Ahem.
I meant that I don't actually use Sniper as one of my mains.
I played him... I think, once, and got headshots all over the place(It got boring pretty quickly, IMO)
Its not that hard to do so, really :/

I wondering.... while I am a noob(premium) I still have a basic understanding of the game and over 60+ hours logged on it. I would call myself mediocre.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anybody makes competitive Highlander teams. If so, I would want to get some Medic practice with them just so I get better in general.

Your aim must be a hell of a lot better than mine (even though mine is horrible and I flickaim almost every single shot). Just out of curiousity, how many hours of TF2 & sniper do you have?

I have a highlander team, but we don't play that often because it's pretty hard to schedule matches and so on. I think since there isn't an active season at the moment, there won't be a huge amount of highlander teams that want players. On the topic of playing competitively, are you US, EU or elsewhere? You should probably specify that if you want to be a real team or anything.

I suggest you play some pub medic first until you have mastered the basics of medic and can use both medigun and kritzkrieg, then go onto http://tf2lobby.com to get some highlander or 6v6 practice games. Oh, in 6v6 games, HEAL THE DEMOMAN IN SPAWN. If you do not that (in fact, regardless of what you do, if you're on a lobby) you will probably get shouted at - just ignore them and try to do better the next round.

His aim is godly on certain maps.
He has 2.7 hours of gameplay as a sniper.
He has 77.7 hours of gameplay as a pyro, just for lulz.

I have like 80 hours of sniper and I find it ridiculously hard.

Edit: Gonna claim 50% of that was huntsman to make myself feel better.

Just to make you feel better: My aim sucks, regardless of the class. That is why I'm a turtle-engineer, I just let the sentry use the aim (I do not bother with wrangler anymore).
Oh, and I have massing points on some classes due to maps that never reset/change and are filled (32+) of people. Twas fun having a backstab-only competition once, good times.

Thank you for the tips! Also, I am US. I should've mentioned that.

I've gotten a bit of it down. What I really need work on is to protect myself better without forgetting to heal, timing my Ubers right, making sure the person I am healing is good Uber material, Kritzkreig(just got it), and trying to stop the beam from breaking. Oh, and living.

After playing Demoman today, I will never consider them to be a seperate priority from everybody else.

Anyway, can anyone give me any tips on how to fix my problems as a Medic list above.

Ok, tips for 6v6 (which will generally apply to highlander and maybe even for pubs too) in a long list so I can write it as I think of it:

1) Heal demoman as spawn.
2) If you are about to die when you have uber, just pop it anyway to save yourself.
3) Use a microphone to communicate with your team, and call your ubercharge percentages.
4) In competitive format you don't need to worry if the person you are healing is good uber material.
5) There is a setting which means you don't have to hold down the mouse button to heal.
6) In combination with #5, you can quickly flick your heal beam between people without worrying about stopping healing.
7) Never ever ever ever stop moving unless you are going to ambush someone around a corner with ubersaw or something - just strafe left and right so you don't get picked easily.
8) In combination with #3, if you are going to push in with uber then tell your team first.
9) Oh yeah, in 6v6 your pocket is a soldier, in highlander you'll probably move between soldier/demoman/heavy as pockets depending on your team.
10) Don't use quickfix.

Quick-Fox is not that bad if you have another medic on your team.

But that's not possible in highlander, now is it?

Quick Fix is halarious when pocketing a scout (cpnt obvs)

Oh and anyone have a Milkman for tradesys?
I am one of those people that doesn't personally support quickfix scouts. If I am a scout and I am being pocketed, I will request either uber or kritz - it makes the scout far less vulnerable and the ubercharge is far more devastating, although you do have to make sure you don't overextend.

I suppose there are two characteristics of the weapon, one is that it is specifically made NOT for pocketing people and instead for spreading heals, and the other is that it speeds the medic up when they're healing a scout, so with these in mind it really comes down to if it is ideal for the scout to protect the medic. I'd say that in particular quickfix is kinda unnecessary if there is decent voice communication between the combo.

Yup, that's my video. ^.^

I couldn't figure out how to get a take from the replay that showed the Spy's point of view, though. The funny thing is, the medi kit respawned right as he died.

I love how one of my friends on the other team was a Sniper when we were on 2fort. I det jumped across the bridge over to where they were, and he wondered how I got over there. XD

*knew about the extra jump when it came out*

On a serious note, thats why I absolutely adore the detonator. Its extremely helpfun on 2fort, and from the top of the buildings, you can make the jump to get onto the top of the bridge, and make it up top of the opposing building. Kewl stuff.

I really want a milkman
