Stand behind the engie, sap the sentry, quick switch to your knife, then backstab immediately. Then sap the rest.
Well, that only works if there's only one, which isn't always the case. XP

Although one thing I do like doing is if there's an Engy between his Sentry and Dispenser, stand behind the dispenser, uncloak/undisguse, the Sentry will shoot the Engy, then crouch behind the Dispenser and redisguise for sapping. ^.^

I'm doing okay as a Spy, but do you guys have any advice on taking down Engy nests?
Here's some tips, from a semi-pro spy like me.

DO NOT be the 3rd spy on the team.

Work with your teammates to take down nests.

If there is another spy on your team, work with him/her and maybe your dead ringer. This will annoy and distract the Engineer.

Avoid Pyros.

Ether Sap&Stab or Stab&Sap. Both only work if there is one or sometimes two sentries.

If you are doing the Stab&Sap, turn with the sentry. If it turning left to target at you, turn to the right, around it, while sapping it.

The whole "I do like doing is if there's an Engy between his Sentry and Dispenser, stand behind the dispenser, uncloak/undisguse, the Sentry will shoot the Engy, then crouch behind the Dispenser and redisguise for sapping." is a good tactic.

Telefrag the Engineer. Stab a Teleport Entrance and stand on it. When the sapper is removed, it will instantly teleport you. If the Engineer was standing on the Teleporter Exit, then he will die instantly, and sap his stuff.
Just a few tips.

Most of that was in the tutorial videos I watched, but I just wanted to make sure. I think most Engy's are too smart for telefragging, they always go off and take out the sapper from the side.

And now I know what it feels like to be a Spy when a Pyro's around. Not being Medic or Pyro, afterburn is pretty annoying.

Also, in medieval mode it's so fun because there's so much chaos I don't have to bother with espionage that much.

As spy in public servers (especially against engineer nests!), having a microphone can be extremely useful. If you are having problem with an engineer nest (so, you can't just walk in and sab/stap, etc) then ask if anyone on your team has a microphone. If anyone replies, ask them if they are willing to play demoman (or soldier or pyro). From that point onwards, if you find someone you can cooperate with, you can simply call out when you're going to sap the nest (generally ignore the engineer, you don't waste your disguise on a potential failstab) and provided they're in position, they can just waltz in and destroy it all. Of course, if their team is working well together, you may need an uber. Again, if people on your team have microphones you can try to syncronise sapping with their uber. If the whole teamwork thing fails and you can't solo the sentry nest with sap/stabs and so on then you'll have to change class or simply resort to harrassment. Taking potshots with your revolver of choice or walking in, sapping and running off are effective tactics that can annoy engineers, and potentially lead them away from their nest. A lot of the time, one engineer pick is all you need; lure an engineer away from his nest, out-deathmatch him, and then you're free to walk in disguised and get a free sap on all of his stuff. Ambassador can also be great for this kind of tactic - if you get a headshot on an engineer then he's in a very vulnerable position as he only really has two choices - try and kill you before you can kill him (in which case you can hit him with one mid-range amby shot and kill him first) or hide behind his sentry and get heals from his dispenser (in which case you can try and take a couple of shots to finish him off). If you aren't using ambassador and you're in a situation where you're not confident in your deathmatch (e.g using diamondback or l'etranger or something, or you don't have fantastic aim and you're not using dead ringer) you could also go for trickstabs or more psychological tactics. If you lead an engineer in a way that he thinks he's chasing you, you have a couple options. Potentially the easiest for newcomers would be to cloak, pull back and sap his stuff before he realises what you're doing. If this doesn't work (and in many cases it won't) you can try to learn advanced tactics. If you lead him up a stairway you can stairstab him (jump back and stab his back as he follows you up stairs) and if you have a corner to abuse you can cornerstab him (run away from him round the corner so you're out of sight, then as he comes round pull towards him but away from the corner, and stab his back before he manages to turn). Failing this, you could go for a trick known as the matador stab. I can't pull this off myself (as I'm not a spy main) but the idea of it is that you come from a medium distance towards him, strafe in one direction (to lure him to one side) then quickly strafe in the other direction while turning towards him. If you do it right, you should be able to see his back for a split second, and this is when you have to take your stab. Remember that the knife, unlike all other melee weapons, fires instantly, so you should hit your stab just as you know you're behind him. Another note is that when performing stair / corner / matador stabs, you should NOT wait to see the spy raise his knife, as usually at that point it is too late and you have missed your opportunity (unless your opponent has rather slow reactions, of course).

I think that just about covers a few spy tactics and dealing with engineer nests in particular. Sorry about the wall of text, but hopefully you found it helpful.

I'm good with the trickstabs and single Engies, I was just wondering if there was any special advice to get a group of Engies.

Thanks for the help, guys.

EDIT: And now for my next objective... To craft the Sharp Dresser. I hope I get lucky. XD

Or I could trade for it, but I'm not sure what it's worth.

Non-genuine Sharp Dressers go for 2-4 refined, apparently.

I was having fun on Hightower the other day. The other team was going to win, I could tell. But as the payload was raising on the final platform, I was sniping with the Flare Gun from a window outside the spawn. They really couldn't move out of the way, so I got about 6 or 7 kills and helped stall for a few minutes.

And I don't have anything at all, really. The only copies of anything I have is an extra Diamondback (which I will be saving or my own Spy Token if I can't trade for the Sharp Dresser) and a Bonk! Atomic Punch.

Some guy said he'd trade his Sharp Dresser (one with a high craft number) for 1 ref, though he said he didn't know it's actual price (which is apparently 2-4 ref, though I imagine it will drop in about at least a week). I've offered him a good deal (as far as he knows) and hopefully he'll take me up on it.

1 ref and something else (most likely a wep), depending on what he's looking for. I PMed him to see if the trade was still open, so I just have to wait for a reply.

EDIT: Also yesterday, I did an epic Dropstab on a Medic with 100% Uber, then quickly took out the Heavy I'm sure he was about to Uber.

EDIT: Well, first crafting failed, I got a YER.

Woah.

YOU HAVE A DOCTOR WOAH?!

SH#T!

Also, I might trade a Non-Craft Pip-Boy and a Builder's Blueprints for a Fez and Doctor Woah.

Not yet. It's a Christmas gift remember ;)

Plus, TAG's buying it from the store, but I don't care, since as I said before Bow Ties Are Cool.
