well granted this discussion was over giving the rp a more anime feel and an episodic format then logical a theme song would be a legitimate discussion to follow suit. However I did think the whole audio thing you did with yours was a nice touch. who was it who did it again? he did quite an interesting job at it, and with style to boot.

'So far, so good,' Nidoran thought to herself. Her interaction with Glaceon had her come out on top with an ally, plus immediate action into identifying what, exactly, had happened to them. That really was the number one question at the moment; what their memories actually WERE was a lesser question to what had made them this way. As far as she could tell, they should have nothing to do with eachother- a Charmeleon and a Glaceon would never live near eachother naturally, and her own species favored heavily mountainous areas rather than islands. Then again, this island did have mountains...

 

Then again, as island mountains, they were almost certainly going to be volcanic in nature. Mountain spines didn't randomly appear in deep water unless they were fed by some sort of powerful activity, so she fully expected to find lava or at least some signs that the mountain had been, at some point, volcanically active up there. That was the primary reason she wanted the Charmeleon up there- while she wanted the help of the Glaceon, it occurred to her quite quickly that in the environment they were about to enter, she'd be essentially useless. A fire type was what she needed.

 

She noticed a couple figures by the bottom of the nearby clifface and walked over in order to see them closer- sure enough, one was the Charmeleon, in all his grumpy glory. Among the others she noted a Shinx she was not acquainted with, but that wasn't particularly important.

 

"Greetings!" she said while smiling and approaching the small group, trying not to come off as too eager.

I was actually minimizing what I was doing here since I'm rather busy right now, but I did like Jenis, and it seems I was kind of good in this the first time round.

 

I think I can handle two RPs, so I'll come back, although minimum post counts >1/day may be tricky.

Name: Majin

 

Gender/Age: Male. Age Unknown. Freshman.

 

Bio: Not much is known about Majin's origins or who he is exactly. He spent his life following a man who defeated him in battle long ago and since then has shaped his ideal into something he can defend. He is now a traveler with an ambitious personality. Due to his travels he has been to many destination and lands, and thus is said to have many connections with a multitudes of different people. Due to his country of origin being unknown and his strange style of dress, some say he may not even be of this world. He took up dueling in order to further succeed in a new mode of combat. His decks reflect his duality of ferocity and nobility. He had previously acted as a wanderer, but in an entrance exam to the academy challenged a proctor who was handling the applicants. After beating the proctor in a single turn while displaying a "unique skill", he was accepted immediately. When asked why he challenged the protector in order to join the academy, he simply replied "All I heard was free room and board. I didn't hear much else. What is this for again?"

 

Appearance: Majin has blonde hair with a noticeable blue head piece used to keep up the hair. Aside from that he wears the same outfit he's always worn, a blue and white jacket with blue pants, which he refuses to stop wearing even though he belongs to the red dorm. He usually is seen with a cocky grin on his face and never seems to express a great deal of worry.

 

He also wears two duel disks, each with a deck. The one on his right arm looks like a knight's shield, while the one on the left arm appears to be a blade with a gauntlet that completely covers his left arm. Oddly enough he never seems to take them off, even while he's sleeping.

Personality:Ambitious and righteous, he is constantly taking challenges head on. He defends his ideal vehemently, some times with great rage. Due to this, he can be somewhat aggressive, and will be more than willing to fight physically instead of dueling. He is also known to be blunt and straight to the point, and often enjoys himself in a duel or fight. His brashness will sometimes lead him in to trouble, even if he has no idea what is actually going on in a situation, which happens to be a deciding factor in him attending the academy in the first place.

 

The only time he seems to deviate from his normal attitude is when he duels using his deck entitled "Inverted" located on the bladed duel disk, at which point his appearance and usual grin become much more sinister and his aura and general attitude take on a malevolent quality.
