Falling.

Reading One of the Law of Angels states one undeniable fact; the superior Angels were made to serve and guide the lesser species of mortals. As Primordis circles the larger Sphere Mortalis, the Angel revolves around mankind, unseen, unheard, given no thought but in legend. Since the Angel is superior to mortal kind, he can move between spheres; since he is greater than mankind, he has a pair of wings granted to him by the Original One; since he is a perfect being, his power is limitless.

When the Shadow Sphere came into existence, the Angels were all too happy to have a solid enemy to fight against. Their work had been kept to menial chores, avoiding petty wars, saving the odd unlucky traveler from garden-variety monster stock. The Shadow Sphere was a dark moon, a cruel counterpart to Primordis that leaked demons, vicious monsters that had every advantage against humanity that Angels did. They were strong, they were invulnerable and most of all- they were unseen to the naked mortal eye.

Angels fought the demons wherever they appeared. Many of them died, but that didn't matter. They were finally serving the Original One in true combat- finally, they had a reason for their power, and their skill. They used all of their cunning and eventually, the flow was stemmed. The Shadow Sphere hung in the celestial sky like an inkblot still, but demons failed to resurface. Elated at their victory, the Angels attempted to settle back into a life of passive guidance once more- though many longed for the days of war. What point was there to helping solve trivial disputes after you've fought and destroyed the beasts of nightmare?

There came a time when it was decided that the Shadow Sphere could not be allowed to exist. Simply by being there, it posed a threat to the security of all Mortal and Angelic kind. Every able-bodied Angel lent their body to the task, allowing themselves to become part of a greater army- a Holy Scourge that would wipe darkness from the map forever.

The mortal realm still needed guardians, however. Children among Angels were rare, but were necessary in order to replace those who fell in battle. Though the new generation had scarcely any time to practice their craft with those experienced over the centuries, those apprentices were deemed ready to take over the stewardship of the Mortalis Sphere in their Master's absence, The decision was sudden, and uniform. Immediately, over a hundred transferal ceremonies needed to take place- to save time, a single occasion was devised. A group ritual where the ownership of the entire Sphere -all one-hundred and eight individual sections- to the newly selected vanguards. A changing of the Guard.

They came together at he tip of Longnitus, the tower atop the tallest part of Primordis; every valid member of the Angel's second generation, and the oldest of the first generation, together at the same time for the first time in an eternity. The greatest gathering of Angels to ever have been had.

Lightning struck. Shapes sped by too quickly to be seen by the common eye- indistinct shadows of rubble and flashes of flame, the shattered remnants of Longitus disappearing into the sky as they fell. Fell. So far down.

They came to their senses -hours? days? years?- later; members of the Second Generation, the new vanguards of Primordis, sitting on the mortal earth before their time. Their wings had been burned away, their power cauterized by the destructive flames of the lightning. They'd been brought to a human village, a mortal settlement, so their wounds could heal; and as far as anyone could tell, they were human as any one else. The Sphere of Primordis still hung in the ether, perfectly visible to their angelic eyes... but without their wings, it was beyond reach. They saw no other angelic beings than themselves... and they were weakened.

Matters seemed only worse as time passed. The Shadow Sphere is still alive, and it glows with a red haze through the nights. Turmoil has broken out across the Mortalis plane, possibly due to Angelic Negligence- and why has nobody from Primordis come to scope out the troubles?

Something dark is brewing, the young former angels can feel. And the worst of the matter is the dark flame- the licking at the bottom of their chests, that slight burning that reminds them all too much of the Shadow Sphere... an almost demonic presence. There are secrets on Mortalis- and it seems that the three Spheres connect far more than anyone could have guessed before.
This universe is built upon the idea of Spheres -which exist as both differences in space, and also differing planes.

The first, and most important is Sphere Mortalis. Mortalis is the largest of the local Spheres, and where the majority of action takes place. Mortalis is a planetoid of similar size and shape to the Earth, which rotates on its axis as it circles Sphere Solara. It is primarily made up of landmasses, actually continental islands, most of which who freefloat atop the global ocean of Samsara; as a result, continents drift quite rapidly, and often bump into eachother every couple of centuries. The land is arranged so that there are no large swaths of pure water on the suface of the spheres- instead, there is a spideweb pattern of superlakes in between the various continental islands.
Humans are the dominant species of Mortalis, and considered the most valuable creatures of the entire System. There are other species of human intellect that live on Mortalis, but they are rare and for the large part, not numerous. Many of them are the result of human Magic, which primarily draws its strength from water; as such, coastal areas are often far more dangerous than inland ones.
Sphere Mortalis is divided up by the Angels into 108 groups based on population. Typically, one angel would act as Vangaurd of one of the single sections, and deal with problems specifically based on that area.

Sphere Primordis is the home of the Angels, and is colored a bright, shining silver that is invisible to human eye. Primordis is smaller and is in orbit around Mortalis, allowing easy transport to the larger Sphere so long as Angels keep their wings intact. Primordis is largely built out of a single, silvery metal known as Mythril- very rarely, pieces of Mythril will chip from the Sphere piece the veil of Ether in order to land on Mortalis, forming a meteor crater- whereupon it is visible to all in the area. Mythril is legendary as a metal used in blade forging, and even a tiny vial of it powdered is an almost invaluable treasure.
Anima, the citadel of the Angels, comprises most of Primordis' surface. All wings, towers and chapels of Anima have specific names and history tied to them, which Angels are intensely proud of. Many Angels take up artistic hobbies, and the entire Citadel is filled with the fruits of their labors of over a three thousand years.

Shadow Sphere is the newest sphere, having just appeared a little over four hundred years ago. It is a bleak sphere of pure darkness, though one can make out slight shifting contours and tinges of purple when the light hits it in just the proper way- enough to assume it is either covered in perpetual storm, or made of some sort of liquid.
Shadow Sphere, unlike Primordis and Mortalis, does not appear to have anything living atop it, nor any sort of buildings. That said, it is the obvious source of demons, who invaded the mortal realm not long after it first appeared.
While the Shadow Sphere has been dormant for nearly a century, it seems to have attained a red aura ever since the tower of Longnitus was struck by lightning.

Sphere Solaris is the first Outer Sphere, and is the source of light and life for Mortalis and Primordis. It is a featureless golden sphere that constantly emits firelight, illuminating everything in all directions- its rays are cast upon all of the other spheres, and it appears to be at the centure of Mortalis' orbit.
Little is known about the true identity of the Solaris Sphere, aside that it is one of the few Spheres visible to Mortals and is often associated with the Original One due to its life-giving nature.

Sphere Lotus is the second Outer Sphere, and is a source of mystery and wonder for Angels and humans alike. Lotus Sphere is similar to Solaris in that it gives light- though in the case of Lotus, a pale white light that fails to fully illuminate the sky. Lotus is in orbit around Mortalis, but it disappears form the view of all beings when it is bathed in the light of Solaris. Sphere Lotus is also a sphere visible by mortals, and is commonly watched during dark nights; some people claim that the light changes texture and ripples as the month passes, changing shape as the flower blooms, then returns to a bud.

The Outer Spheres are collectively any sphere outside the range of travel. Aside form the otherwise known Solaris and Lotus spheres, they are distant enough that all that can be known about them is a single white dot in the distance. Humans and Angels alike have found multiple hobbies in charting their perceived movements across a knight sky, due to the movement of Mortalis.

Ether is the dark substance that borders each sphere. The essence of time and space itself, it is imperceptible to mortal minds, but can be traversed rapidly by both demons and Angels. While the true color and shape of Ether cannot be comprehended, it creates the illusion of transparency and allows one to view the spheres that are (relatively) close to it, resulting in a Celestial View that is technically incorrect due to scale. Ether has strange and undocumented effects on energy and light as they pass through it.
The protagonists of this RP are young angels (>150 years) who, in the process of graduating from apprentices to the full-fledged status of Vanguard, somehow fell from Primordis to Mortalis and lost their angelic status along the way. While they can still see things that mortals can't, their wings have been stripped, they themselves can be perceived by mortals, and their powers have been heavily reduced.

The basic goal of the RP is to return to Primordis and, ideally, figure out what caused this in the first place, then fix it. Of course, new goals are always liable to arise along the way- and the situation can change at any moment.

Name: (Angels use only first names, and are typically unusual words made up on the spot. Angels are almost never actually named after something already in existence.)

Age: (The protagonists were all born between approximately 100 and 150 years ago. Visually, they appear to be somewhere in, or just above, their teen years to a human.)

Gender/Sex: (Angels are sexual beings, though romance and gender roles have little place in their culture.)

Previous Master: (The Angel the character served as an apprentice to prior to the promotion. A short description and a name will do.)

Weapon: (Angels make use of a variety of weaponry, almost all of them developed originally in the human worlds. While swords of all kinds are common, things like folding fans, bullwhips and staffs are still seen frequently enough. Since second generation Angels have never experienced actual battle, your weapons are largely ceremonial and unused- while they're probably made of Mythril, they should have no special powers aside from hurting people a lot.)

Vice: (a Sin, or an undesirable emotional trait that the Angel struggles with after having become mortal. Angels have a lot less emotion than humanity, and this is basically the 'evil' aspects of the Angel that can't be hidden as a mortal. Angels aren't consumed by their sin, but they're uncomfortably aware of them, even when ignoring them.)

Skills: (Divide 20 points into the following categories, with no one stat going above 8.)
Fortitude- (The physical strength and endurance of the Angel, used to resist blows and attack physically.)
Willpower- (The mental control of the Angel, used for both casting and countering spells.)
Agility- (The Angel's capacity for movement, used for both avoiding obstacles and chasing enemies.)
Charisma- (The Angel's latent ability, used to sway allies and give off an aura of leadership.)
Skill Description: (Describe the Angel's attributes in a paragraph, using your stats you decided as a guide. I'll be awarding bonus stat points depending on how well you write this bit and convince me.)

Demon Flame: (a special ability newly gained by the Fallen Angels; they gain a powerful new ability, the specifics of which need to be described, and their body morphs slightly while in use. The Demon Flame is usually related closely with their vice; for example, a Gluttonous angel might become froglike while using Demon Flame, and become able to consume his enemies despite their size.)

Biography: (Odd as it sounds, this should be relatively short. Apprentice Angels typically don't lead interesting lives, given that their sphere is a stagnant and unchanging society- still, mention their early life, any friends they could have possibly made, and their feelings on being promoted to Vanguard.)

Appearance: (Angels are humanoid creatures with varying tones of skin, eye and hair color, though lighter colors tend to be more common. They are all athletic to a certain point, due to mandatory training, but there are significant variances in muscle mass. Angel's wings have a wingspan typically three times their shoulder breadth, and are always plumed in white; keep in mind that the protagonists have lost their wings at the moment, however.)

Personality: (Most Angels have muted personalities, but this doesn't apply to them once they've become mortal and emotion hits them directly in the face. Include how they're feeling about all these recent changes, and dealing with all the new feelings now that they're a more emotional species. This also ties in with their vice.)

RP History: (Toss me links to a couple RPs you've been in so I can check how you typically play.)
Name: Emeret
Age: 117
Gender/Sex: Male
Previous Master: Vanguard Orretav, one of the oldest Vanguards who has in his time, guarded over 32 seperate sectors at different times. Orretav was a quiet and ultimately peaceful master, who opposed the decision to attack the Shadow Sphere until very late in the voting process- he spared very little time to teach his apprentice, but had a great deal of faith in him regardless. While Emeret respects his former teacher greatly, he does not consider himself particularly close to him, nor would he feel comfortable asking the older angel for help in any true matter.
Weapon: Rapier; a long, wirelike sword used for thrusts rather than slashes. Emeret's rapier is an artistically forged weapon, where the shell is made out of carved mythril. Designs of feathers cover the entire blade from hilt to tip, and a very slight notch right at the top adds a hint of imperfection.
When Emeret fell, the landing destroyed a good chunk of the sword; while one side was largely unaffected, the other was chipped and had to replace some of the affected areas with bronze panels. These panels affect the weight of the sword in a strange way, leading Emeret to develop his own unique sword style, basically inemulatable by anyone else.
Vice: Selfish Greed. Emeret finds it increasingly difficult to keep the emotions and feelings of others in mind when it comes to things that he owns -or perceives to- including people. This creates conflict when he is forced to choose between things that he desires, and the desires of other people- especially when the things he wants go against his own morals.
Skills:
Fortitude- 3
Willpower- 5
Agility- 7
Charisma- 5
Skill Description: A fighter primarily used to using his agility, Emeret strives to be a competitor easily able to accommodate change in the situation. He strikes fast, then retreats before an attack can be repaid in kind- and when he goes in for the kill, it's only when he's absolutely certain he can win. His physical power is merely average, perhaps even less so, making it all the more important that he can use his surroundings to aid him in a victory. His magic, while not possessing the destructive intensity needed for heavy-duty casting, provides him with enough options so he can access openings in battle.
Demon Flame: Emeret's Demon Flame is known as the Grasping Rose, a dark surge of power that interfaces with his surroundings in order to give him an advantage. While Grasping Rose is activated, thin objects like metal railings, or plants, or even pieces of cloth will attempt their best to tie the opponent to the ground and remove their power; even large, flat surfaces will attempt to consume their opponent, including soft ground or stone becoming malleable so it can trap the feet of people standing atop it.
Emeret's mutation while channeling Grasping Rose sees his hair become longer, and slightly prehensile; likewise, his veins seem to become more obvious on his wrists, and his fingers become long, almost tentacle-like spindles. From beneath his chest blooms a large, blood-red rose with petals hiding thorns; this will inevitably scar his chest and stomach area, even after the transformation has been reverted.
Biography: Emeret was a quiet and subdued child, even by Angelic standards. Before he became a Vanguard Apprentice, he worked as a gardener in the Gardens of Primordis, where he worked with a large variety of dangerous plants. His familiarity with botany and the biology of mortal creatures was what led to an apprenticeship beneath one of the most prestigious vanguards around. Emeret was never particularly excited by the opportunity- while he loved the green mortal world, protecting things didn't seem to be to his taste. He would rather take care of them more personally, pruning them, feeding them- small things, rather than acting as a divine protector.
Emeret was concerned about the promotion, but he did choose to voice his opinions to anyone. He arrived late to the occasion, as he stopped by for a final look at the Angelic Gardens where he knew he spent the best part of his life.
Appearance: Emeret is a shorter angel, standing at about 5'4, with blond hair allowed to grow only a short length down his neck before being stopped. His face is narrow, but his eyes are large, giving the illusion of girth to most casual viewers; this, combined with his height, often tricks people into thinking he's younger than he usually is.
His body is lean and not particularly built, leaving very little excess weight. His body was excellently suited to flying before his wings were lost, and he seems almost incomplete without them- Emeret's body gives you the impression of something incomplete and unwhole, and is almost depressing to watch. He carries himself rather casually, but without most of the imposition that one would expect for an angel- among his own species, he'd be considered a wallflower for how inconspicuous he usually ends up being.
Personality: Emeret considers himself lucky in that he doesn't feel he's undergone a significant personality change- and indeed, he still comes off as a very calm, apathetic individual without much ambition for himself. That said, while Emeret has kept his disinclination to become too much a part of the world, he's found that he's gotten a new love of it- things are now beautiful, gardening fills him with a sense of serenity rather than just fulfillment, and he feels an emotional connection to things in some strange, dependent way that he never had before. He feels odd attractions towards others now, just being in the presence of them being enough to bring a smile to his face- and he relishes and cherishes that feeling, not quite to obsession, but to the point where he doesn't want anyone else to take it away from him. The sense of things that are "special" to him- unique, and without peer- is an important extension of his being. Often, he does things for his own sake, rather than in public areas so that everyone can enjoy it. He's beginning to understand the appeal of being solitary, and yet connected- he loves the world, and he likes taking it in at his own pace.

Name: Jadus

Age: 108

Gender/Sex: M

Previous Master: Osidious, a blood-thirsty killer of demons. He had killed more demons than most angels, and had earned the nickname of Warmonger Osidious. In training Jadus, Osidious would attack him alot and purposely give him pain as too prepare him for battles to come and make him experience pain before a real battle. For this reason, Jadus hates Osidious and would rather not be known as his apprentice.

Vice: Vengeful Rage. Jadus is very vengeful, and always hurt someone who has wronged even if what he does is immoral. His anger is uncontrollable, and he often becomes a monster when fueled by revenge and hatred.

Weapon: Shamshir, a sword with a thin, curved blade. The hilt of the sword is a nice gold color, while the blade itself is a very dark silver, in fact it's almost black.
Vice: Vengeful Rage. Jadus is very vengeful, and always hurt someone who has wronged even if what he does is immoral. His anger is uncontrollable, and he often becomes a monster when fueled by revenge and hatred.

Skills
Fortitude- 7
Willpower- 2
Agility- 5
Charisma- 6

Skill Description: Jadus is a very strong angel, and he uses that strength to help him win fights. He is terrible with magic and spells because he is very weak mentally. He always starts a fight using his agility to close the distance between him and his opponent so they won't be able to use their magic and he can just pound them. He has good charisma too, having a natural talent for messing with opponents with words and inspiring teammates.

Demon Flame: Jadus' Demon Flame is known as the Raging Bull. Jadus gains bull horns during this move, his iris turns red and his skin becomes tan. He starts heading toward his opponent so fast that a vortex of wind surrounds him (this can be done in flight). He can either stab his opponent with his horns, or hit something else just to injure them (like the ground).

Biography: Jadus was a very rowdy angel when he was younger. He was a champion at the human game of chess, and the Vanguards noticed this, making him the apprentice of a Vanguard who teach him how to use his strategies and lead them himself. Osidious taught Jadus to be polite and not rowdy, through excessive beatings. Jadus loved the idea of being able to fight, but he did not particularly like his Master.

Appearance: Jadus has a short Caesar-cut. He has dirty blond hair, and pure hazel eyes. He isn't buff, however he has a very ripped build. He is about 5'10. He wears a sleeveless white tunic with roman sandals.

Personality: Jadus is very polite and kind, and although he is not easily angered, when he gets angered he will be completely enraged. He loves battles, but he loves it more when they are challenging and he is the underdog.

Responding to your questions in order:

1: No.
2: No.
3: Considering I specifically mentioned magic a couple times, I'm fairly certain it's a magically-oriented RP.

The first question is just confusing, especially since I haven't even mentioned that other spheres are livable (you'll notice that Outer Spheres are largely just the in-universe term for stars). As for the second question, you're basically asking to be the exact same as the protagonists except better because you keep your wings and black because... black wings are kewl I guess? Do you have any justification for that outside of Special Snowflake Syndrome?

The black angel thing was supposed to be a demon that's natural form is similar to angels so it would be different pretty much a 1 in a billion thing, and as for the magic question I've seen a lot of anime and stuff where they have 'magic' but it is actually some kind of super technology that people can access but can't explain so they call it magic normally some catastrophe happened or in this case the whole system was set up to be like that.

Oh well I had an idea for an angel I was about 50 50 that you would deny the first 2.
