1 DARK-tuner monster + 1 or more non-tuner monsters

Spell or Trap Cards cannot be activated in response to the summon of this card. Once per turn, select any number of monsters in your graveyard. Banish the selected monsters and increase this monsters attack by the number of monsters removed by this effect x300 until the End phase of this turn. During your Main Phase you may select any number of your banished monsters and return them to the Graveyard. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack this turn.

Biography: Lee comes from a small, but wealthy family. Some years in the past before he got into competitive dueling, his father won the Spectrum Card Elemental Hero Ultimatum in an underground tournament. His father wasn't anyone's biggest fan. His dueling tactics and strategy was often mistaken as cheating. And cheating is what they thought won him the tournament...and the card. After the constant break-ins, puzzling dreams, and strange "hauntings" around the household...He decided to finally call it quits and move away from the city. Few years passed and his mother went missing mysteriously. But Lee's father didn't seem to care. His nose was always stuck in books, libraries, internet, and even in the basement office where Lee has never stepped foot in or seen. As more time passed he kept seeing less and less of his father. Soon turning into not at all, gone. Just like his mother. Until, one day a package arrived at his doorstep. Opening it he finds a key card, a deck box, a case with a card in it, and a DVD with "Watch first" written on it.As he pops it in he hears a familiar voice.

*Breathing moderately heavy*
"Son, I know I haven't always been there or even made an effort. But...that tournament I last partook in...the prize card I received...something is behind it. That monster is no ordinary card. It...is somehow connected to others. But unfortunately this is all I have came up with. Long ago, there were 7 creatures that ruled the earth. Each...with covering 7 different sections. Then...I guess...there was some conflict with them. And the fight between them all almost costed the world itself. Thankfully, Sorcerers of high power sacrificed themselves to lock the beasts away deep underground. Anthony...you must change your lifestyle. You need to take on my studies...and help the sake of mankind...as I feel...it is in grave danger. If others were to see you with that, and...notice you are my son...things wouldn't go well. The key card is to the office you always wanted to play in. In it...you will find everything you need to start where I left off. New identity...files...books...everything. The deck is self explanitory. It's up to you now, we will meet up again I promise son...or should I say Lee Stark. I have faith in you..." *Static noise*

Okay, first of all the personality it really short and vague so you might want to add some more to it. Second the Spectrum cards cannot be part of another archetype and neither can they support specific archetypes, so you need to remove the Hero parts from it, that and the ability to negate both spell and trap cards makes it far to powerful, especially for when it's attacking so that needs some serioius limiting as well. And finally the whole point of the Spectrum is that each one has to allude its own colour and Ultimatum isn't a colour, let alone a shade of violet. Please re-read the rules concering the Spectrum cards and try again.

Ok stuff was edited. How's it look?

Better, a few more points though; all the other Spectrum cards are around level 6-8 so yours should be around that level as well, also the DIVINE attribute is reserved for the god cards so you need to change that too
