Hey, I pulled the NPC out of nowhere because that particular one was important to Amelia's character development.

And so far, I only see 3:

1) Use explosives
2) Find something that's heavy enough to stop the door from out of nowhere
3) Try to reach the ventilation shaft that might be impossible to reach for all I know

That would be fine if you weren't taking so many liberties with him. If you wanted a characer that important you should probably have made an actual app for him rather than throwing him in out of nowhere...

Also he has an intercom that you use in your last post, is it so hard to just call somebody and say 'hey guys I'm stuck in a room, could you let me out?'

What's wrong is that NPCs shouldn't be important characters. The point of NPCs is to fill in minor roles that player characters don't have to use. Also I should probably point out that NPCS can be controlled by anyone so if you want this to go the way you want to then you're going to have to make an actual app for him.

Oh and BTW, there are far more people still around that you could call and please don't tell me that they've all been taken out because that is power playing.

Yeah... so's heavily restricting other RPers' options <_<

Anyway, there was one more reason why I hadn't bothered apping for my random agent: I was actually planning on having him die, specifically in a shadow duel against Amelia. And now you've ruined it slightly by locking him in a room... unless you'll allow her to blow the door wide open, which I somehow doubt.

I am restricting nothing, if you want this guy to be important make an app even if you're going to kill him off and try to be more creative and not just pull things out of thin air.

I should also point out that this is, I think, the third argument I've had with you here, I would like this to stop thankyou very much.

Actually, it's only the second iirc. And I'm not trying to argue with you, I'm only trying to explain myself, and partly being sarcastic. It's you that's arguing with me... or at least that's what I believe imho. I'm really tired at the moment (well past midnight here), so I'll just go ahead and delete my post and relinquish control of the agent, since that seems to be what you want me to do.

Does this work?

Name: William Machina
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Personality: William is a born learner, and a natural with technology. These two traits give him his ability to over annalyze situations, which can be both a good, and a bad thing depending on what he is trying to figure out. He is nice to most people, and has a long fuse that rarely goes off.
Appearance: William is shorter than average but not by much. His brown hair falls messily about. His eyes are blue with grey specs. He is skinny from his lack of serious physical training, but can still lift weights relative to his own from moving around computers. He generally wears a pair of jeans, and a white shirt. He carries a white Deckcase with a golden emblem on it around his waist. He wears a watch on his left hand except when dueling to make way for his duel disk.
Deck name: Rebuilt Technology
Deck Strategy: Summon small machines, and scrap them to make bigger ones, while boosting their power with union monsters, and spells/traps.
Spectrum Card:

Biography:William was born to a middle class family. Both his parents worked for a living, but had enough money that they were never broke. His father was a duelist as a kid, and taught William how to duel before giving his son his old deck which was a Machine type deck. He was sent to a boarding school for middle school where he gained his knowledge of technology, and love of learning. He continued to go to boarding schools until he turned 15 when he returned to Domino City, and dueled in a tournament, and won with the Modified Machine deck. The prize for the Tournament was Gilded Cruiser.

William now works at a business that sells Computers, and computer supplies part-time, while going to a public school. He is the Duelist rep for the company, and often does promotional duels. He lives at home with his parents, but is hardly home being either at work, school, or off dueling for fun. However knowing that his Gilded cruiser is a sought after card he rarely uses it except in circumstances that require it.

Okay, app is acceptable but I think the Spectrum card is a bit too powerful by being immune to both spell and trap cards without any realy drawback so try changing it to just one or the other. Also it doesn't say where to special summon the monster with its effect (EG: hand, graveyard etc.) so you need to fix that part too.
