Deep in shock, Noel ran from the place, going to an evac. Point and was escorted to the Forest. From then on, Noel has been giving instructions to people doing the work he should be doing. He currently spends his time[/size] [size=4] [/size] [size=4]Personality: Noel is a calm, collective elf. He’s quite possibly the smartest creature in existents, when he wants to be. The shock of being the only person to prevent the worst catastrophe in history and not has mentally weakened him, making him grouchy, stubborn, and constantly demanding perfection from everyone except himself. [/size] [size=4] [/size] [size=4]Appearance: Noel still wears official Silver Peace robes, the highest honor, and will continue to wear the, until he dies (he takes them off to sleep and bath and schtuff). Hid robes are reflective silver with 2 white stripes 5 centimeters from the collar. The robes are long enough to show importance, but short enough to allow for easy movement and minor combat. His skin has gone pale from staying inside the Forest and his muscle mass is slowly disappearing. Noel always has Mercy Call on him outside of his home.
