6am in the morning. Seto Kaiba was up all night, trying to find a way to gain access to the Duel Spirit World. He always wanted to experience something like this, and for the first time since KaibaCorp profits have recovered again, he finally decided set to work on it. However, he's had numerous amounts of setbacks, and just when he'd get an idea, something would [i]always[/i] suddenly interrupt him. Today was no different. Hearing a scream from Aivea cut short, Seto rushed out of the study area and into the pool area. Shouting his daughter's name, he dove into the pool just in time to save her from drowning.

[color=#ff8c00]"The hell did you do that for?!"[/color] Seto asked exclaimgly.

[color=#800080]"I... It was an accident, I swear,"[/color] Tears started streaming down Aivea's cheeks, [color=#800080]"I... oh, who am I kidding? I don't even know what I'm doing still alive any more,"[/color]

[color=#ff8c00]"Damn it, Aivea!"[/color] Seto obviously didn't want to hear it, but tried to regain his composure again, [color=#ff8c00]"Look, we've all been through hell since your mother died. But right now you're making everything more complicated than necessary at the moment. Your brother and I have already moved on, and all I want is for you to do the same. Be strong, OK?"[/color]

Aivea did naught but continue to shed tears. After a while she threw her arms around her father. But not even then did a single word come out of her mouth.

Meanwhile, somewhere in KaibaLand...

[color=#000080]"I activate Power Bond, fusing Ancient Gear Golem with two Ancient Gears to summon Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem in Attack Position!"[/color] Leroy Crowler declared, as a powerful monster was summoned to his side of the field. His opponent was hiding behind a full field of Trap Cards, hoping they'd be able to buy him some time to draw a monster, but wasn't expecting this.[left][left] [/left][/left]

[color=#000080]"Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem, wipe out his Life Points with Mechanized Marauder!"[/color] Leroy commanded. The gargantuan machine charged at the cowardly opponent who could do nothing in return, but sprawl to the floor on impact.

[color=#000080]"See Gramps?"[/color] Leroy turned to his grandfather Vellian, [color=#000080]"I just wiped this kid's Life Points in one shot, and it's all thanks to these upgrades I just did."[/color]

[color=#008080]'That was just one card, the fool,'[/color] Vellian muttered to himself. He witnessed Leroy replace many more cards than that with his on eyes. Leroy was adamant that he was onto something though, but if he truly wanted to prove that he did Vellain's deck justice, then he'd have to do better than that. Just went to show that impressing Vellian Crowler was a tall order.[/center][/center]

[Mecha Love]

Aero Kaiba was working on his deck, perfecting the strategies he had come up with and improving them overall. That is until he heard a scream. It wasn't new to hear them, but he knew exactly where and who the scream had come from. His sister. He hastily put his deck into his pocket and sprinted in the direction of the ear piercing sound.
There he saw Aivea, in his fathers arms, crying her eyes out. Aero approached cautiously, knowing how his father could get really tense in these situations.
"Aivea... Are you ok? You scared the living daylight out of me." He confessed. "Father, do you want me to take Aivea to her room? I can keep an eye on her for a while and make sure she's fine. I mean... with work and all..."
Aero held his hand out to his sister, to help her up. "Come on Aivea. It'll be alright. Trust me." And even though his sister could irritate him to no extent, he meant it.

Alec was standing in front of KaibaLand and he smiled. [color=#0000CD][b]"So, this is what dad said was the most greatest theme park on the planet." [/b][/color]he said as he pulled a card from his deck box. [b][color=#0000CD]"And to think...the creator of this theme park was able to turn my dad's card designs into real cards. If that didn't happen...probably wouldn't be able to talk to you now Neos." [/color][/b]Alec put the card back and then saw his Duel Spirit, E-HERO Neos standing beside him.

[i][b][color=#808080]I see much of your father in you, Alec. I know one day, you'll exceed him and make him proud. [/color][/b][/i]Neos said, crossing his arms.

[b][color=#0000CD]"I already know that much, Neos. Besides, I got my dad's deck with a few modifications to it...so there ain't no way I'll lose!" [/color][/b]Alec said flipping the collar on his Silfer Red jacket up.

[Grunt Issun]

Jake was sat down at a table with one of his friends on the other side, and his other friends crowding around looking at them. They were in the middle of a duel, Jake was at 2100 Life points, his friend was at 5000. Jake's field was completely empty except for 4 face down spell cards, his friend had three monsters, Six Samurai - Irou, Six Samurai - Yaichi, and Six Samurai - Zanji, as well as 3 face down Spell/traps. It was Jake's turn, he had six cards in his hand, [color=#DAA520]"Heh heh! I finally have you this time Dylan!" [/color]Jake exclaimed with a grin on his face, [color=#DAA520]"First I activate ultimate offering, next I summon Ben Kei. Then I'll use Ultimate Offerings ability and give up 2000 life points to summon FOUR MORE MONSTERS! Goblin attack force, Dark Blade, Marauding Captain, and Rocket Warrior! Next I activate THREE United We Stands and a single Mage Power, and equip them to Ben Kei, giving him a total of 15,000 ATTACK POINTS!" [/color]He shouted gleefully, knowing he was finally going to win, [color=#DAA520]"AND he gets FIVE attacks! So now! I'll have Ben Kei attack Irou, then Yaichi, then Zanji, THEN YOU!" [/color]He shouted, still gleeful, and pointed triumphantly into the air, lifting his head to look in that direction, but after about a five second silence, Dylan tapped Jake on the shoulder, [color=#FF0000]"Uhh... dude? Magic Cylinder" [/color]Dylan told him, [color=#DAA520]"Huh?" [/color]Jake asked, then looked down, to see that Dylan had flipped a Magic Cylinder trap card, [color=#FF0000]"Yeah, I activated Magic Cylinder... you lost" [/color]Dylan explained, [color=#DAA520]"Uhh..." [/color]Jake began, then just fell back in his chair, to stunned to speak, [i][color=#FFD700]'Just when I thought I had the win for once"[/color][/i]

Ray had been in Kaiba Land for some time, as soon as he came into the park a boy had challenged him to a duel and after Ray wiped the floor with his opponent his copy of Mystic Dragon had blown away and he was in a frenzy to find it. After he had finally found his card he saw someone dueling with Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem, after dealing his opponent massive damage he would most likely end his turn and take the effect of power bond more then halving his own life points, [b][color=#FF8C00]Isn't it kinda risky to play power bond like that I mean if your opponent activates a card like Magic Cylinder, Negate Attack or Vaccine Omega then you could easily lose the duel, it makes more sense to wait until you can be sure your opponent doesn't have something to finish it using your cards effect like Double Up Damage.[/color][/b] Ray hadn't planned to say that out loud but he did an he knew that the duelist in the lead would be mad at him.

Seto sighed, motioning for Aivea to let go of him.

[color=#ff8c00]"Yeah, you keep an eye on her Aero,"[/color] he told his son, [color=#ff8c00]"I'll go on ahead and get back to work."[/color]

With that, he left his two children alone for the moment, and headed back inside, and into his room to change suit. Aivea, on the other hand, didn't move anywhere at all. Well, at least not at first. But Aero had managed to convince her to follow.

[color=#800080]"What the hell's wrong with me?"[/color] Aivea asked her brother.

Meanwhile, back at KaibaLand, Leroy scoffed at this so-called advice that he received from Ray. Leroy already had his plays constantly criticized for long enough, he didn't need any more of what he called 'badgers', especially ones that like to miss things like Ray did, obviously either forgetting about Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem's full effect, or having no idea what exactly the monster was truly capable of. Luckily, the monster card was still on his high-tech Duel Disk, so all he had to do was bring its effect up on a holographic projection, and highlight the following text: If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step.

[color=#000080]"You were saying?"[/color] Leroy asked spitefully.

Ray saw what the cards effect was but his opinion didn't change much, [b][color=#FFA500]You still run a bunch or risks just attacking like that, unless you do something about power bond your life is still going to be halved and he can still activate Damage Vaccine Omega MAX, or he could have Kuribohed you, I did just kinda blurt that out but chill man it's not like your the son of some kind of dueling teacher or anything you just left your self kinda open for a counter attack, Power Bond is still going to deal you 4400 in damage at the end of the turn and unless you have something like de-fusion you can't attack or stop Power Bond.[/color][/b]

[Super Chaos Sonic]

Alec was walking around the park, when he heard a familiar voice. [color=#0000CD][b]"Oh please don't tell me that's who I think it is..."[/b] [/color]he said as he turned his head to the right. Right there, talking with another duelist was Ray...Alec's little brother. Alec face palmed and then said,[b][color=#0000CD]"I should just walk away...right now..." [/color][/b]He was about to walk away, when a familiar brown fuzzball with wings appeared in front of him.

[b][i][color=#8B4513]Kuri, kuri![/color][/i][/b]

Alec sighed. [color=#0000CD][b]"I know Winged Kuriboh...I shouldn't be like this, but it's kinda annoying to see him embarrassing me like this."[/b][/color]

Now starting to get pissed off, Leroy grabbed Ray in the shirt, and picked him up to his level.

[color=#000080]"Oh, I don't mind losing to something that I can't foresee, but what I don't like is when some random punk like you tries to belittle someone like myself in front of such a huge audience as this!"[/color] Leroy spat at the kid's face.

[color=#008080]"Way to go, Leroy,"[/color] Vellian jeered, [color=#008080]"Always making a big scene of..."[/color]

[color=#000080]"And I heard just about enough from you too!"[/color] Leroy turned to snap to Vellain, before throwing Ray in one direction and storming off into another. Vellian limped onwards to follow, but it wasn't easy relying on a cane for movement.

[color=#008080]'Still wish I never had him as a grandchild,'[/color] Vellian murmured as he did so.

Alec saw what the kid did to Ray, and he wasn't happy. He ran after him and then skidded to a halt right in front of the two. [b][color=#0000CD]"Hey! That wasn't cool, dude. I know the kid was just being helpful, but that doesn't excuse the fact of your attitude!" [/color][/b]he said, taking his back pack off and then reaching into it. After a while, he pulled out an Slifer Red Duel Disk and strapped onto his left wrist. [b][color=#0000CD]"So ya know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna duel you, cause you seem to have a sweet deck. Haven't seen Ancient Gear monsters since my dad showed the video of him getting into Duel Academy!"[/color][/b]

[color=#000080]"If I needed help, I would've asked for it!"[/color] was Leroy's final retort, before he took some time to calm down from the whole ordeal, [color=#000080]"You must be Jaden Yuki's son, am I right? Always wanted to duel him. Let's just hope you make a half decent substitute."[/color]

Leroy's Duel Disk was already activated, all he needed to do was reset his Deck, and then draw an additional 5 cards.

[color=#000080]"You know the rules, challenger goes last,"[/color] Leroy said in a matter-of-factly tone, before drawing his 6th card for the turn, [color=#000080]"And I'll kick things off by summoning Green Gadget in Attack Mode!"[/color]

A small green machine entered the battlefield, hopping around and throwing a few punches as if it were sent into a boxing ring. Assuming Alec didn't need a heads-up, Leroy started to fish out Red Gadget from his deck, before showing it to him.[center][center] [/center][/center]

[left][left]The backs of three holographic cards showed up behind Green Gadget, who seemed more than eager to fight whatever came its way. The green light then went straight to Alec for him to make his turn.

Alec smirked and said,[color=#0000CD][b]"I see my dad's reputation proceeds him. And anyways, that was a tight move...now my turn!" [/b][/color]He drew his sixth card and looked at his hand. Alec grabbed one card and then said,[b][color=#0000CD]"Alright, I activate the spell Mystical Space Typhoon! I'll be destroying your first face down. Then I'll throw a monster in defense!" [/color][/b]Soon a typhoon raged onto the field and destroyed Leroy's first face down. After the ordeal was done, a set monster was shown on the field as well. [b][color=#0000CD]"I'll also throw down two face downs and that'll end my turn!" [/color][/b]Alec said, as two face down cards appeared on the field.

After recovering from the shock of what happened, Jake suddenly started to burst out laughing, [color=#DAA520]"I probably should've seen that coming, Dark Bribe would've been good at a time like this" [/color]Jake shrugged, then got himself up off the floor, [color=#DAA520]"Aaanyway, I'm going to go to Kaiba Land for a bit, you guys wanna come? Dylan? Devin? Jacob? Jake?" [/color]he asked his friends, [color=#DAA520]"No? Alright, Ciao then!" [/color]he called to them as he walked away, and made his way to the amusement park. When he got there, he noticed that off somewhere nearby, two guys were having a duel, [color=#DAA520]"What's with dueling out in the open like this?" [/color]he wondered aloud, [color=#DAA520]"Doesn't Kaibaland have arenas for things like this?"[/color] Jake asked rhetorically, then shook his head and went over to watch how the duel was going, it seemed pretty early, all that was on the field was a Green Gadget and some face down cards.

[color=#0000CD]"Grief"[/color] Aero replied simply, at his sisters question.[color=#0000CD] "We all are but you seem to have taken it harder than the rest of us..."[/color]
He looked down at his sister sadly, [color=#0000CD]"and I see so much of her in you. You two were so alike, and its taken its toll when she left. I couldn't bear to have [i]you [/i]gone as well. So please, for me, calm down. Try to live on, we all know you can." [/color]Aero was suprised he confessed this, to be honest it wasn't like him. But he did anyway, and he meant every word of it. Shaking his head he led Aivea to her room, through the grand mansion that overlooked KaibaLand. Suddenly he turned to Aivea.
[color=#0000CD]"Instead, feel like going down to the theme park to ease your mind a bit?"[/color]

Ray was annoyed by what had happened but he felt bad about how that guy treated his grandfather and how the grandfather felt about the grandson. Of course with Alec getting involved an interesting duel was going to happen and Ray was curious to see which Elemental Hero would be the first to come out. [color=orange][b]Looks like Alec is going to take the duel, oh well a match between Ancient Gear and Elemental HEROs is bound to be pretty interesting.[/b][/color] Ray wanted to be the one dueling but he knew that he had been to slow so all he could do is watch.

Aivea simply nodded her head in agreement, before picking up her Duel Disk and her Deck and preparing to leave the manor, and then breaking into a run when she was outside. But she wasn't planning on waiting for her brother to catch up; the sooner she got the hell out of there, the less likely this living nightmare would have any chance to further plague her mind.

Meanwhile, Leroy had activated Ultimate Offering, allowing him to summon Red Gadget to the field just before that card was destroyed by the Mystical Space Typhoon that Alec had played earlier. But he was surprised to see a more defensive play from him. Perhaps Alec didn't have the right cards, or Leroy's facedowns did their job in discouraging an attack.

[left][left]A hurricane of flying gears was sent straight for the monster. The gears appeared to be razor sharp along the edges, and with Trap Stun activated, there was no way either face-down would help stop the attack.

Aero cursed as Aivea took off and quickly followed in the direction she had went. He was faster than her so eventually he caught up. "Any particular reason you wanted to run off... again?"

A duelists hit the ground as his life points hit zero. A girl stood above him and grunted. "Idiot. Not anywhere near a challenge. You don't deserve to call yourself a duelists." With that, she took his deck and after looking at the top card, threw the deck into the alleyway bin, where they were.
Then, the girl walked off, out of the alley. However, as she walked through kaibaland, her serious face became more friendly looking, her eyes changed colour and her hair went lighter. THIS was Amy Anderson.
Very soon, after walking practically no where, she saw a duel taking place, and was even more delighted when she saw Alec Yuki, her closest friend was dueling. She ran over to the side to watch the duel and hope Alec would notice her watching.

Ray saw Amy coming over to watch his brother duel, he wasn't her biggest fan to say the least when they first met he had been nice to her but she had been strangely cold and ever since gave off a vibe that she didn't like her so he decided to do what any other little brother would do in that situation pick at her weak point until it made her cry. [b][color=#FF8C00]Hey Alec it looks like your wife came by to watch you duel, be careful last time she did that she started drooling and it creeped everyone out cuz she actually shorted out a duel disk with it.[/color][/b] Ray used hints of truths to make the impact bigger she was drooling the last time she saw Alec duel but that was because she had just come back from the dentist and the anesthetic made her drool, among all the girls in the world she was the only one Ray would pic on.

Amy spun round and looked at Ray, her eyes seemed piercing in that light. However suddenly, her eyes went red and her hair went darker and she continued to stare at Ray coldly, yet this felt like a new person. However, this new person smiled suddenly and whispered the word; "Yubel" so only Ray could hear. Quickly Amy returned to her usual composure and shook her head.
"Shutup Ray. You know exactly what happened there, and no, my disk didn't short circuit. Why would it? Unless you didn't know, most duel disks are water proof, so I doubt saliva will do much."
Then she turned back to Alec's duel against the Ancient Gear Duelist..

Alec saw this and was amazed. [b][color=#000080]"Whoa....tight move! But my dad said there is always a way to counter a move...and it's on the field!" [/color][/b]he said as he pressed two buttons on his Duel Disk. One was to reveal the face-up monster, which was Winged Kuriboh. While the other one, was to reveal a face down: a Quick Play Spell Card. [b][color=#000080]"Seeing as you've heard of my dad, pretty sure you know this move. With this quick play spell, Transcendent Wings...all I have to do is send two cards from my hand and the Winged Kuriboh on the field to bring out Lv10!"[/color][/b] Alec smiled as he took two cards from his hand and sent them to the graveyard. He grabbed Winged Kuriboh and said,[b][color=#000080]"Did it again for me partner. Now, emerge from my deck, Winged Kuriboh Lv10!"[/color][/b]

[color=#000080][b]"Now for his ability! Ya see, if I tribute him right now with your attack...I get to destroy your dragon and inflict a good amount of damage to your life points!" [/b][/color]Alec grinned, watching Winged Kuriboh Lv10 shine brightly and then explode, taking Leroy's dragon with it. He turned his head and then saw Amy Anderson. Alec waved a little and said,[b][color=#000080]"Amy! Long time no see!!!"[/color][/b][/left][/left]

Jake immediately snapped his head around when he noticed a girl coming near, [color=#FFD700][i]'Wow, she's REALLY cute' [/i][/color]Jake thought as he watched her, then noticed that some other guy who was watching the duel seemed to start picking on her. Jake had started to walk over there to tell the guy off, but noticed that she was apparently perfectly capable of that herself, then turned back to the duel, [color=#FFD700][i]'Crap, these guys know each other? I sure hope they aren't..." [/i][/color]Jake thought, his mind starting to wander at the end, then he shook his head, [color=#FFD700]'[i]I'll go talk to her after the duel... maybe"[/i][/color]

[color=#000080]"At least I can do this,"[/color] Leroy declared, [color=#000080]"I banish Turbo Caster from my deck to give myself the ability to activate my set Ancient Gear Explosive at Spell Speed 3, which means that only Counter Trap Cards can stop it. True, my monster would still be destroyed either way, but now you take 1500 damage rather than me taking 3000."[/color]

[left][left]Leroy then looked closely at his hand. He already used up his Normal Summon for the turn, but he had an idea as to how to get a monster back onto the field, and ready to defend his Life Points.

Now, since Multitude of Nuts and Bolts was sent to the Graveyard, I can Special Summon all 3 of my Gadget monsters from my Graveyard, with I then sacrifice to Xyz Summon White Gadget in Attack Mode."[/color][/left][/left]

[left][left]Both of Seto's children arrived in KaibaLand just in time to see this white robot hit the field. Aivea seemed to recognize both duelists that were there in a heartbeat, but it was hard to tell which one of the two were winning.
