Max Darkness
When pressed to describe or explain this...I seem to come up with nothing apart from Summon-screwing. Anyway, enjoy!
That's one interpretation. "Mind Control", "Brain Control", "Change of Heart"; it is a Trap Card version of those three in ways.
Varionius
Hmm, maybe a little oped, a bit weaker version of change of heart "It cannot be applied for other cards or effects." - if that includes tribute, than it is good. 8/

Agro
But are you allowed to chain it to the declaration? I know it's in the card text, but a declaration is not a move. That aside, it's a great disruption card, even more helpful to stop a Synchro Summon than BoM usually is.
This treats the declaration in the same way a player ending their turn (a declaration) is treated by most card effects to allow itself to chain to it. In the video games, it would come up as a prompt: "Your opponent is about to Special Summon a monster from their Extra Deck. Activate the effect of a card?". Thanks for rating.
