When a monster would be sent from the Field to a player's hand or Deck, it is instead sent to the Graveyard. [i]This would work with Compulsory Evacuation Device, Ordeal of a Traveller and probably more. Thoughts on whether it should be continuous or counter?[/i] [b]One Last Act:[/b] Trap/Counter When a monster is sent to the Graveyard the controller of that monster draws 2 cards. [i]Thoughts?[/i] [b]Time Seal M:[/b] Spell/Continuous Your opponent cannot change the postion of his/her monsters, activate their effects or declare an attack. Your opponent's monsters cannot be removed from the Field or selected as attack targets. This card is destroyed after the third turn of it being activaed. [b]Time Seal S:[/b] Spell/Continuous Your opponent cannot activate any Spell cards, nor can he use the effects of his face-up Spell cards. Your opponent's Spell cards cannot be removed from the Field. This card is destroyed after the third turn of it being activated. [b]Time Seal T:[/b] Spell/Continuous Your opponent cannot activate any Trap cards, nor can he use the effects of his face-up Trap cards. Your opponent's Trap cards cannot be removed from the Field. This card is destroyed after the third turn of it being activated. [b]Laws of Time:[/b] Trap/Counter Activate only when your opponent activates "Time Seal M", "Time Seal S" or "Time Seal T". Your opponent's cards are affected in place of yours. The Dark Knight Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 Evacuation Malfunction is "meh." If I wanted to destroy my opponent's cards I'd use cards that do that. One Last Act is bad. Jar of Greed does it better. All the Time Seals are broken beyond all repair. They stop WAY too much and for WAY too long. Laws of Time isn't worth it, because the Time Seals should not be that broken. Link to comment

EDIT: Updated [/quote] I have never once seen an opponent use a CED to avoid the destruction of one of their monsters...ever. As for that new card you posted, it's okay.
