Cobax
let see if this help. the game Ocarina of time, Majoras mask, Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass both tie in the story because in Ocarina of time begins where link became the hero of time. Majoras Mask show link begins his advanter to find Navi, Wind Waker is set in the future where the people in Outset Island Mentions the hero of time including Ganondorf Mentions him, Phantom Hourglass, while u saw Tetra. I think it may help us if we play the games to find clues in those games.

Ocarina of Time to Wind Waker, well tbh I always thought it was the past timeline, and that the "grand journey" Link went on was his tricked out warp to Termina, but then again it doesn't explain the triforce splitting bit since he didn't have the triforce in the past, so yea it's probably just Link returning to the past it's referring to. Plus the whole "Giant demon" that was sealed by the Hero of Time was probably Ganon's demon beast form. Phantom Hourglass is obvious. The pirates are the exact same characters as in Wind Waker for crying out loud. Only other ones I played were Skyward Sword and Spirit Tracks, and those are easy enough to figure out. And a note about the game this topic is on:
I found Demise to be a pretty pitiful final boss. So freaking repetitive and basic. At least Giraham had 3 forms to go through, all Demise changes up is shooting Lightning at you, which is pretty easy to figure out how to get past.
Ghirahim took almost no skill to beat. Demise had 2 phases. Sure on was a piece of sh*t, but the other one actually took timing and skill to take out. I had little to NO problem beating Girahim AT ALL. It was, as I've said in this thread before, the most pathetic boss battle I've ever "fought." Thar
It took me a while to figure out how to beat Ghirahim the first 2 times and the first part of the third time. I still have yet to beat him in the second part. Demise I am looking forward to.
Lonk
Ghirahim's Final Battle is a bit more harder at the 2nd part, but if you time your horizontal hits, you can beat him.
Agro
You don't need to time it. If you slow down during the part where he's guarding with the giant sword, then you can take him out easily.
Lonk
0_0 I did it wrong then... *is still wondering how I beat him with no deaths against him while doing it wrong*
Thar
Yeah, that's what I did. But the second part was a bit tricky. I figured it out, but the motion controls were trolling me.
Cobax
instead of demise as the final boss. why not Ghirahim. I mean he is a more of a challenge then demise right.
Thar
The first part of the Demise battle is about the same difficulty, but it's the second part that really makes your bones rattle.
Headmaster Monokuma
The only problem I had with Demise was the fact I have terrible timing with the shield and it broke during the battle. Once I got the timing down, I had less trouble with him then I did Ghirahim, by far.
Thar
What I don't like about being that far is I am unable to go back through the gate and fly up to Skyloft to upgrade my shield, cause all it takes is two swings of that sword at most and it shatters. And yes, Kanbei, the timing part is what grinds my gears during that battle.
Lonk
I defeated Demise without the use of Skyward Lightning, because I thought I could not use it...
Agro
All you need do is strike uP every time he slams. It takes less timing issues than countering. And Girahim was NOT harder than Demise.
Headmaster Monokuma
Demise was a joke once I got the timing to block his attacks right. The moment the battle ended I was kinda let down, I expected at least one more phase. Loved the atmosphere and it was an awesome fight, but it was pretty easy. I had more trouble with Ghirahim battles by far.
Lonk
Actually, Demise battle was like a midget: Short, but hard. The size of the battle made the difficulty short-lived and made it too easy.

TP's final boss came in four stages, and all of them were long.
Agro
Then maybe I was just in the zone, cause against Girahim, I beat him in less than a minute.
Sweetie Belle
Ghirahim was a bit easier than Demise, but was also a bit more fun. Demise wasn't challenging, unless you didn't know what you were doing.
Thar
My only issue is being able to get a lightning strike while at the same time raising my shield in time to block his charge attack.

It is definitely much more challenging than just using Skyward Bolt and then just hack away at him.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
Wait, so nobody else used the "Guard > Guard > Guard > Slash" method to beat Demise?
