However, it doesn't touch effects that don't "activate", and the fact it has to be Specal Summoned means that Monarchs don't care. evilfusion Posted August 27, 2011 Report Share Posted August 27, 2011 Blue-Eyes stil wouldn't be able to attack if you Special Summoned them, and that's part of the strength of this card: Disaster Dragon's entire shtick is to drop high level dragons in an instant. DAD, JD, most Synchros, etc. Problem: Priority still exists in the TCG, so you need to use this before they drop the boss monster, else JD can still nuke.
