I can see it happening with Big Eye's help only, and even then its probably going to need a couple more tries. Still, the mill alone makes it worth somewhat. Interestingly enough, to prove how stupidly rare the effect is, the character in the anime who used this made a deal with some sort of Soul Reaper to have anime drawing skills just so his OTK works.
