People complain that Equips are too vulnerable to removal. I designed this one to allow itself to bring it back constantly, thus making it more usable and worth playing.

Card is broke, due to recycling and fueling OTKs. Change the last part to have a cost or something.

Returning to top of deck is pretty bad :/ But Standby Phase seems fine IMO

I want to say it seems a bit reckless, but then I realized it'd be the fault of the player to use this when the opponent has no cards to destroy.

Hmm... Equip spells are indeed very vulnerable, and some sort of consolation when they're removed would be very nice, but given how powerful this card is I'd say it's balanced without the recycling. As is it seems like it's overpowered, it's pretty much unaffected by its host getting destroyed and is overall reliable destruction, all on top of being completely generic.
