It's not really infinite. You send one of these to the grave, then mill 5 to summon 5 (that or summon one when you have Psychic Lifetrancer out). Then you have a bunch of monsters on the field. Sure, you can Synchro/Xyz with them, but you've no way to return them and close the loop.

Still, they're way too powerful. They're +1 special summons that set up another one in coming out, and can be used again when they die/get used up on the field. There needs to be a "The effect of Lifetrancer X can only be activated once per turn/duel" clause, possibly even banishing any SS from the grave as well, to limit how much they can be abused.

You wouldn't hit one of these with Psychic Lifetrancer - you'd remove some other Psychic you were using to trigger the loop.

The problem is swarming the field that fast just means you can bring out 4 big Synchro/Xyz monsters, which can pretty much be game. Given that it's very difficult to stop these summons (since a lot of anti-monster summoning sends them back to the grave, where they'd just go again for re-summoning) they're way too easy to bring out. Maybe add another if you feel it's really necessary, and then make each one usable only once a turn. That way you can still get several monsters out in a turn (and with the right other cards possibly still OTK), but it's not running through 10-15% of your deck at once to summon a bunch of monsters.
