Sangan is out of place, and I can't really see Judgement and Bribe in the same deck, but other than that it's a little staple-heavy but fine. Structure deck spells/traps usually consist of theme support, primary type/attribute support, and staples. It could do with something completely random, but it doesn't have to.
Also, without the synchro, I'm not sure 2 Ammonite is so useful - it gets you an alien back for a turn, but then you're left with a very weak monster in attack position).

I don't know much about aliens, but I would imagine they don't exactly struggle to get the counters out. Thus I can't see Invader being hard to summon, and outside the mirror match that destruction effect is basically a Raigeki, as well as dealing with any problems that arise later. Maybe if it were a one-use or destroy 1 monster at a time, or had some other summoning requirement or something.

Crusader seems nice. It's a free beatstick and an extra counter, but is otherwise a bit plain. Could it get away with the ATK/DEF loss per A-Counter effect?

Horror is OK - it makes a useful wall if you can get enough counters out or have something else that reduces ATK. The problem is I don't see what this does here that's so useful. Sure it's another tuner for the synchro, but that's not in the deck, and unless you have it (or at the very least another synchro) this doesn't really do anything.

Cosmic Gift I'd either make more like the Six Samurai draw card - let it gain a counter when something happens, and then send it to the grave to return and draw - or have it cost a card from your hand. Plucking counters from anywhere to gain a +1 seems a bit cheap.

Cosmic Pollution is nice. The only thing I'd suggest is, since it's any destruction, to make it work when your opponent destroys an Alien, so you can't destroy 1 with offering to the snake deity or something to get the effect.
