unfortunatelly I'm not into YGO much these days so I can't give solid feedback on the card D:
but I like it

otherwise it's easy OTK set up

The card clearly states that if it has Xyz Materials it CANNOT attack directly.
This card attacks a number of times = to the number of Xyz Materials.
Therefore (deductively): there cannot be a time when it can attack 3 times in a turn and have any of them be direct attacks.

The downfall of this card, and i realized this after i made it, was that it is illogically worded. I have a small error in the wording of the effect that has it attack 0 times with 0 Xyz Materials. It can't attack. And that's the only moment that it's 'no attack' clause would stop, but it physically can't declare the attack for that to matter...

This monster can't attack directly PERIOD.

I hope that helps resolve the confusion.
