Fairy Eye

CHAPTER 1: FAIRY EYE APPEARS!

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 1 Synopsis]It is a new semester at Akamura High School and with the new semester also comes new students; several of which having the ability to see legendary creatures. How will they find their way through high school with such an ability? With the help of the ever friendly and unwillingly destructive Fairy Eye club of course! A high school adventure filled with legendary creatures, fun, and excitement begins!

 

 

 

Ever since a near death experience I had when I was seven, I've always been able to see legendary creatures. You know, the kind that appears in fairy tales, movies, and stuff like that. It sounds unbelievable just hearing it without seeing the actual proof, but even after seeing proof people can be so stubborn that they refuse to believe it at first. However I always say to those kind of people, "Seeing isn't always believing but you just gotta believe what you're seeing!" And I guess that's why me and my two best friends founded the club "Fairy Eye" for people who can see and believe in legendary creatures to really see that what they're believing in is oh so real.

 

A young man with combed black hair was walking while carrying a backpack on his back with one hand. He was wearing a school uniform belonging to Akamura High School. A calm, composed expression blessed his rather attractive face. The young man finally arrived at his destination, Akamura High School. "It's the beginning of a new semester and the sakura are in full bloom. Quite a majestic sight and perhaps the most wonderful beginning for Spring and the new semester." the young man spoke as he stood there gazing extensively at the sakura's beauty as they were flowing in the cool breeze of Spring. The young man then proceeded to the school campus.

 

Later on in the hallway, the young man was seen been greeted by two young female classmates. Laughter and tales of winter break were in the atmosphere as students in the hallway conversed happily amongst themselves. The young man and the two female classmates also contributed in the feeling of a new semester with their own tales of winter break. Everybody seemed to be having a wonderful time. "So did you went skiing?" the female student with long, beautiful auburn hair asked the young man. "Yes, and it was very fun. I think I may have a knack for skiing actually hehe." the young man replied with an embarrassed blush as he placed his left hand behind his head. "That's soooo cool! I wish I could've gone skiing too, but my parents wanted me to study for the college entry exams." the other female student, a student with short dark brown hair with a sakura petal hair clip in her hair, replied.

 

Yep, everything is going great with this new semester for me and my friends. In fact, we've recently made two new friends. A boy named Rin Iriamizu and his partner, a Hinoenma named Akane, recently joined Fairy Eye. It was a cause for celebration! Oh, just to get things outta the way, you did in fact heard me say a "Hinoenma". Like I said before, I've always been able to see legendary creatures but I'm not the only one. And sometimes, we can grow attached to a legendary creature and it basically becomes our partner. In fact, my partner is a fairy which I think is the coolest legendary creature ever! Though I've yet to seen another fairy. They're quite elusive and rare amongst the numerous types of legendary creatures. Oh, and that guy right there talking to those two girls? That's not me.

 

"Stand aside! Coming through!" a voice emanated from down the hallway. "What the-" the young man was surprised as to what he saw coming down the hallway. He saw a young man wearing a weird beanie hat with cat ear-like extensions and goggles, a young girl wearing boxing gloves, and a young man with red hair racing through the hallway on three different kinds of transport device. The young man with the beanie had roller skates on. "Whoo! I'm gonna win this race for sure!" the young man with the beanie shouted excitingly. "H-H-Hey you stand aside!" the young man with the beanie called out to the young man who was talking to those two female students. Before the young man could move in time, he was accidentally knocked down by the passing young man in roller skates. "S-Sorry!" the young man in the beanie called out. "H-Hey Fujisaka are you alright?" one of the girls asked him. "Y-Yeah... It's those damn members of Fairy Eye again..." the young man cursed under his breath.

 

That's me. The guy in the beanie and roller skates. "Whew, at least I'm still winning haha!" the young man with the beanie said with a big grin. "Yeah! Go Touma! Touma can do it!" a small girl with pink hair popped up from behind the young man's shoulder and cheered. That's my fairy. Her name is Aki meaning Autumn but I think Natsu, meaning Summer, would've made a better name for her considering her ability to use fire. She's a pretty straightforward and fun-loving fairy. Oh by the way, my name's Touma Fukuzawa, and those two back there are my best friends. The girl with the boxing gloves is named Kayoya Hinetsu and she's one not to be messed with. The guy with the red hair is Akemi Ine and he's a serious pervert but he's also the captain of the archery team which doesn't have many girl members on it. I wonder why? Both of them have a legendary creature as their partner. Kayoya has a Seishin named Kenshi and Akemi has a Kotengu named Karasu.

 

A teacher with short black hair and glasses was walking through the hallway when suddenly he saw Touma, Kayoya, and Akemi heading his way, causing him to jump back and dropped his coffee mug. "Excuse us Mr. Takisato!" Touma said as he passed the teacher. "Arrg... Damn you Fairy Eye!" Takisato shouted at the three as they passed. "He looks angry Touma." Aki said. "Ehh, don't worry, that guy's always a grouch." Touma reassured Aki. "So we'll have the council meeting on Thursday then to discuss about the new semester's library policy." a young man with brown hair that is spiked in the front said as he walked outside a room with a group of people. "Coming through!" Touma shouted, passing those students. "Well, it looks like Fairy Eye is at it again huh Shizu-chan?" an upbeat, blonde-haired girl with a flower headband said to a stern and calm-looking male student with short black hair holding a big book and standing next to the previous student with brown hair spiked in the front. "Don't call me Shizu-chan... And I'm not in control of what Touma and his Fairy Eye buddies do. I want that club closed just as much as you guys do." the young man with black hair replied with a rather irritated tone.

 

You see that group of students? They're the Student Council and that guy in the middle of it with the brown hair and cool-looking expression is the president. His name is Ryu Tomiyama. And that guy with the black hair holding the big book is the historian, and he's also my cousin. His name is Shizuka Okano but everybody calls him Shizu-chan which he hates. He's the youngest member of the Student Council being only fourteen. He's really smart though and can keep track of every important event that has happened since the school's opening way back when in that big book he always carries around during school hours. We used to hang out a lot when we were little but now he's so caught up with the School Council. I don't really like the council, they've always had a problem with Fairy Eye since it began.

 

"There's the finish line! I can win!" Touma exclaimed with all of his focus on the finish line which was a curve in the hallway. "Yeah! Go Touma!" Aki cheered on. Suddenly, some members of the theater department was moving a huge rack of costumes along the hallway. "What the- AHHHH!" Touma shouted before crashing into the rack of costumes. "Is Touma alright?!" Aki asked him. "Yeah, never better... Who put this wall in the way of my victory lap...?" Touma asked with swirls for eyes.

 

[Later On at Fairy Eye Club Room]

 

"Alright people! It's finally the start of a new semester and although we're already in dept to the theater department, I think that this is the start of another great year for Fairy Eye!" Touma exclaimed to his fellow members. "So, what's the agenda? Aki?" Touma asked. "Nothing. Fairy Eye hasn't been receiving any requests at all." Aki replied causing Touma to comically fall to the ground. "Err, I guess that's to be expected on the job. Don't worry you guys, I'm sure we'll get some requests any second now." Touma said.

 

[A Few Seconds Later]

 

"Hmm, guess I was wrong." Touma said. "Anyways, how has you guys' vacation been?" Touma asked.

Kayoya pounded her boxing gloves together, a large grin on her face. "There's no way you punks are gonna beat me!" She exclaimed using her right foot to push herself even faster on the skateboard she was riding. In addition to the boxing gloves she was wearing, she also had on a white spagettie strap t-shirt, some red boxing shorts and most importantly of all a faded, and worn out black belt around her waist. I say the most important because with this belt she is a master alot of the martial arts that normally would take a person decades to master just one of the many she knows. They reason for that is - Oh, hold on.

 

She jumped up and over the boy and the two girls he was talking too, and looked over her shoulder, "Sorry about that! Next time don't be in way!" She called out leaning forward to gain more speed.

 

Now where was I....Oh, yeah the belt. The reason for that is because the black belt was left behind by some crazy Martial arts master who devoted his life and even his after life to learning more martial arts. Yep, this devoted guy didn't even let death stop him from learning. As this Seishin became bound to one martial artest after another it's like the black belt sucked up that knowladge for the next person to know as well. Now that's some serious devotion. "Hey teach! I'll see you in class!" Kayoya laughed once again punching her fist together, trying to get herself pumped up so she could win the race.

 

"Hey! You're behind Touma! Go faster! Go faster damn*t!"

 

"What do you think I'm trying to do Kenshi!?"

 

The one who just yelled at me was no other than the Seishin who the black belt belonged to when they were alive. His name was Kenshi. He was pretty tall for a Seishin, and still had his legs which he used to "walk" around everywhere Kayoya went. Though even if he wanted to leave her side he couldn't since she had the belt. Because he was tied to the earth by this black belt he can hide in it if he ever wanted to, but if it was ever destroied then Kenshi would be as well. At the moment he was running beside Kayoya easily keeping up, but then again he was a spirit so it couldn't have been hard for him.

 

"Come on! I do not want some 2nd rate loser with my black belt!"

 

A tick mark appeared on Kayoya's head, "Will you give it a rest! I sware I'll burn it if you don't shut up!"

 

Kenshi didn't say anything for a while until, "...You're bluffing..."

 

Kayoya just smiled sweetly, waving happily when they passed the student council, while Kenshi was having many a frightening thoughts of Kayoya dancing around a fire with his belt in the middle of the burning flames. Ghostly tears ran down his face as he thought of that. "Gee, he's crying and he calls me the loser."

 

[in the Fairy Eye club]

 

Kayoya sighed when she heard that no one wanted their help. It was the same as always. Seconds later Touma asked how their vacations have been. "Mine was pretty good. I got to kick butt at a karate tournament, wrestling match, Kendo competition and placed first in a Judo match. So all in all I call it a pretty eventful summer." She took off her boxing gloves and placed them on the desk.

Even though Touma had been taken out by the costumes Akemi had not won either. After Touma had knocked into that guy he immediatly went to aplogize to those two girls for him, but it was really just a way to get on their good side. Of course he had ended up failing horribly after a second of trying. Now he was in the Fairy Eye Club Room but he still seemed to be in an upbeat mood even after a horrible rejection. Well, technically two horrible rejections. He was used to it though so it was no big deal.

 

Akemi stood up to nswer about how his summer vacation was. "Hello. As you all know I'm Akemi Ine and I'm a horrible pervert and flirt. During winter break I didn't actually do much that was different from normal. I did some odd jobs and worked part time to get some money so I could continue to feed my addiction to hen-" He slowly turned his head to Kayoya. "I mean manga. Yes manga. That was what I meant to say. I don't have an addiction to hens or any type of bird. Well except maybe furries that are birds..." He laughed lightly as to signal a change in subject. "I also hung out with Touma and my lovely Kayo-chan when I could and they were free. Kayo-chan seemed busy a lot though..."

 

Suddenly Akemi felt a sharp pain in his head and blood came down his face. "Heh?" He looked up to see the long beak of Karasu. "OW OW OW! Why are you digging your talons into my head?! That really hurts! Why are you even on my head?!"

 

Karasu was perched on Akemi's head. How long he had been is unknown. "I've been perched on your head the whole time. How you didn't notice me I have no idea. Maybe you're just a completely hopeless dimwit...And I'm digging my talons into your head because it's easier to hold on to your head this way. Also because I have been deeply offended by how you haven't even dared to mention me."

 

"Well get off of me! I was going to get to that." Karasu simply shrugged before jumping off and perching himself onto a nearby chair. "Now to contrinue, I had also practiced to use my bow with the guidance of that bastard Karasu." He then sat down. "Better Karasu?"

 

"Get off of me..."

 

"Heh?" Suddenly a gust of wind blew Akemi away and into the wall on the other side of the small room. "Ow...again..." He slowly peeled off the wall and fell to the ground. Karasu seemed to just be relaxed in the chair Akemi had used earlier now that Akemi was knocked out.

Touma rested his head on his right palm and his right elbow onto a desk as Kayoya told them about her vacation. "Of course that would be what you were doing. I bet you were the only girl there... and I bet that you scared the crap outta every guy there..." Touma whispered that last part in order to not get killed by Kayoya. "Hooray for Kayoya for winning those tournaments! Kayoya is so awesome!" Aki cheered with pompoms that she seemingly got out of nowhere. "I use that word 'awesome' very lightly when dealing with his Amazonian- Err I mean Kayoya hehe." Touma fixed his statement, including a nervous laugh as well. Then, Akemi began talking about his vacation and for some reason, Akemi was introducing himself and telling about other things in his life to which different-colored question marks appeared around Touma and Kayoya.

 

"Err, Akemi are you alright?" Touma asked. "Aki thinks Akemi has finally lost it after so many rejections." Aki proclaimed. "Nah, it's not enough yet. What the- Akemi, you're bleeding!" Touma shouted, pointing to blood coming down his face. Aki's eyes widened seeing Karasu was the one causing the bleeding. Akemi continued on with his presentation, including the fact that he is training with Karasu in archery. "Umm, so why are you telling us this again?" Touma asked with a confused expression. "Is there an invisible audience somewhere in this room?" Touma added. After Akemi sat down on Karasu, a strong wind blew Akemi straight into the wall. "Is that a new game Akemi?" Aki asked before jumping on him like a trampoline.

 

"Oh no, Akemi, speak to me buddy!" Touma said with a comically dramatic expression as he held Akemi by his shirt collar and shaking him. "W-Wait a minute... Main characters don't die..." Touma realized before letting go of Akemi, causing his face to smash into the ground again.

"Thank you Aki!" Kayoya said in response to her cheering for her. She was a Martial arts buff, and anything that had to do with physical activities Kayoya was all for it. As she was listening to Akemi speak she was confused as to why he was introducing himself - as proved by the multicolored question marks dancing around her head. When he almost said "Hentai" Kayoya turned her head to him eyes shining a bright white, before going back to normal when he said "Manga". She smiled, "Oh, for a second there I thought you were going to say hentai. But Akemi should know better than that." She smiled cracking her knuckles and doing some stretches.

 

Suddenly blood ran down his face due to Karasu digging his talons into his head, because he wasn't yet mentioned, which Akemi soon did but there wasn't much excitement in it. Which led to Karasu using his wind powers and blowing Akemi out of the room. Touma was the first to check up on him, dramatically shaking him and then dropping him back onto the floor after saying, "Main characters don't die."

 

Kayoya perked up, "Holy hell are you serious!? Akemi's a main character!! I can totally understand Karasu, so I thought Akemi was his support character." She said then pointed behind her to Kenshi, "Like Kenshi."

 

"Hold on! If any one is the support character it's you!"

 

"No it's not it's you!"

 

"No you!"

 

"No you!"

 

"No it's you!"

 

"I'm the one with legs and a body."

 

"....I hate you..."

 

Kayoya was suddenly standing by a chalkboard with everyone's names on it, and then dashes under it. Akemi, Kenshi and Toumu had only 1 mark under theirs, while everyone else had over 20. She placed a line under her name. "Thats another win for me!"

[Yu Hansung]

"God, why are you following me to school?!" Suki yelled at the apparent air, a few other people on the sidewalk staring at her curiously. "It's bad enough that you follow me almost everywhere else, but really? To SCHOOL?!" Suki waved at the air, looking like she was trying to smack something. A few people laughed at her and she blushed bright red, stopping and burying her face in one of the books she had. "See what happened?" she hissed at the air.

 

Unseen and unheard to everyone else, Ralphonse chuckled politely, patting Suki on the head. He said nothing like usual but just smiled and continued to follow Suki to school. Why does he have to follow me everywhere? I kinda wish I hadn't seen him so many years ago, Suki thought to herself, still blushing with embarrassment as she reached the school. I hope I don't get embarrass too badly here. If only Ralphonse would stay home instead of following me to school, then I wouldn't have to worry so much, Suki thought to herself.

 

Now where is this Fairy Eye thing? Suki asked herself looking around quite a bit. Ralphonse pointed in one direction before Suki aimed a book for his head, looking as if she was just swinging a book at the air. "I wasn't asking you!" She almost yelled, her face turning even redder from embarrassment. Great, they'll probably all think I'm crazy already, Suki thought, hanging her head again to hide her face. I know I like vampires a lot but really? Did I have to get the one that won't stop following me?!

"Don't worry Buddy...I'll pull thr-" Before he could finish his sentence he was interrupted by Touma and dropped onto his face. "That smarts..." He soon sat back up. "Well actually Touma, some main characters do die. Kamina, Light, and Lelouch. Three main characters who died. Albeit, Kamina isn't the main main character like the other two but he's still a very important character and therefore a main. And by the way, the way I introduced myself was meant to parody that of an AA meeting like you see on TV."

 

After being called a mere support character by Kayoya tears streamed down his face. "How could you say that Kayo-chan? After all we've been through...I thought we had something special..." He jumped up onto his feet. "No matter. I'll never give up until there truely is something between us!" He stopped for a second and sniffed the air. "Wait...my cute girl senses are tingling...I have the feeling I'll be meeting an extremely cute girl soon. Hee hee hee..." And just like that he seemed to have forgotten about the existance of Kayoya for a small feeling of meeting a cute girl...which he also had the feeling of...

Rin had begun to think of what he was going to say in response to Touma’s question. He had thought of all the great times he had over the winter, and all the advantages it had involving Akane. The heater in the house had broken so they both had to wear layers & layers of clothing. Surprisingly Rin had loved this. Not only did he love the cold but Akane couldn’t wear her usual around-the-house attire, her bathing suit.

 

After Rin had finish thinking he was just about to speak when Akemi had started talking. He then had to wait again thinking "My turn will come soon...". Just then he saw Akemi had blood pouring down his face due to his partner, Karasu, digging his talons into his head. "Damn! That must hurt...glad Akane doesn't dig her talons into my head...wait...does she even have talons?" He turns to his side saying "Hey, Akane you don't have Talons do you?" he could see the outline of where she once was. "Where did she go?! Oh no, don't tell she's going to..." He turns himself towards Akemi's direction; she was walking towards his fainted body.

 

"Excuse me, Touma." Akane says to Touma, lightly pushing him to the side. "Let me take care of Akemi." She smiles devilishly. She picks up Akemi’s head and puts it very close up to her face "Now...let me finish this..." As she puckered her lips, Rin put a Picture of a Dog in between Akane & Akemi, which Akane despises. "Woo, just in time..." Rin said just before he was kicked in the face by Akane. "You little Bastard!" Akane said with a face only a Demon would make.

He saw her strut herself up behind Akemi, wrapping her arms around him. “Hello, you’re…Akemi, correct? Why don’t you and I go somewhere more, quiet, And have ourselves a nice chat, hmm?” Akane said in a seductive tone.

Seeing the win chart, Touma was a bit ticked off. "That's not right... I only one one game! It would've been two if those theater people wouldn't have been in the way." Touma complained. Hearing Akemi's mention of main characters dying, especially the part about Kamina, Touma began tearing up. "Why did Kamina have to die man???!!! He was so freakin' cool!!!" Touma dramatically exclaimed. Touma suddenly stopped crying. "Though I'm not really into Lelouch or Light. I like Naruto from Naruto, Luffy from One Piece, and Flint from Hoshi no Gunman though." Touma said, which were all typical mainstream-type heroes. "Aki likes Minawe from Blood Blue! Minawe's funny!" Aki proclaimed. "But she's not a main character!" Touma replied.

 

Suddenly, Touma noticed Akemi sniffing the air. "Hey, Akemi's cute girl senses are tingling. This isn't good... and with Kayoya in the room, he better not do anything that crosses her very thin line..." Touma said, discreetly looking back at Kayoya who had anger already radiating off of her. "Geez scary..." Touma said with a sweat drop on his head. Suddenly, Akane began to seduce Akemi. "Uh-oh, this ain't gonna turn out good for any of us..." Touma said before standing up and slowly inching out of the room along with Aki.

Kayoya suddenly yelled, "Hey! How dare you say you're not into Light or Lelouch!? They are two of the most awesome main characters out there!" She said defending those two, "Not only that but they are super hot!" Then when Touma made the comment about Minawe she suddenly had her boxing glove back on, and punched him in the back of his head, hard enough so that he hit the ground a cracked it a bit, "She's more of a main character than that Tatsuya fello!"

 

She was already pretty mad due to Touma but when she heard that Akemi's cute girl senses were going off she face him with waves of fire coming off of her.

 

In the back Kenshi was in happy tears, "Oh my! It's the flaming technique of the anti-hentai school! Such passion!"

Suki finally reached the door that she thought was the Fairy Eye club room. It didn't look like some of the other clubs that she had seen on her way to Fairy Eye. She had almost had to it Ralphonse a few more times, he being a bit annoying in pointing out where to go. "I didn't even want you to come along," she hissed at him, glaring from beneath her glasses. I hope this fairy eye thing is real and not just some crackpots. Suki then knocked on the door before opening it slightly, starting to speak. "Um...is this the Fairy Eye club?"

 

Suki looked into the room, seeing the others...and then seeing the legendary creatures. Her eyes widened as she saw them, her mouth opening slightly. Oh god oh god oh god, She thought to herself. What have I gotten myself into.

Touma stood there, listening to Kayoya's rambling about Lelouch and Light with a bored expression while Aki listened with an astonished face due to her passion when speaking of those two. "Jeez, I don't see the big deal. They don't have a demon fox trapped inside of them, or are they made of rubber, and they also can't shoot fire from revolvers..." Touma replied. However, Touma shrunk in size when Kayoya became angry at him for making the comment about Minawe. "I-I-I just mean that she's not a very essential character is all-" Upon making that last mistake, Touma's face was sent into the ground by a powerful punch from the fearsome Kayoya. Aki then poked the downed Touma and when he ceased to move, Aki held up a "K.O." sign into the air. Aki then proceeded to mark another victory for Kayoya. "Kayoya's really on a roll! Kayoya should be the heroine of an anime or manga!" Aki cheered.

 

"Whose side are you on?!" Touma comically got up and said with a broken nose and the imprint of Kayoya's boxing glove on his face. "Uhh, I should probably get back onto the ground." Touma said before laying back down again. Suddenly, a girl opened the door and asked if this was the Fairy Eye club. "Hmm?" Touma tilted his head up and saw the girl. "*Gasp* A request?! Are you here to submit a request?!" Touma excitingly asked before jumping up to his feet and running over to the girl.

 

[Normal Vision]

 

"So how can we help you?!" Touma asked eagerly.

 

[Creepy Vision]

 

"Hehe, so what can I do for you my prett'y hehehe...?" Touma asked with a creepy, devious, and somewhat perverted-looking face.

Suddenly, Touma noticed someone standing behind the girl. "Hmm, is that your older brother? He seems kinda... creepy... Like the handsome-but-ready to attract cute teenage girls and kill them kinda creepy..." Touma said with a blunt-looking expression.

[Desu the Blue Nerd]

"Well Kamina's death was actually was used so the main characterm Simon, could have some serious character development. And honestly I'm not much of a fan of the cliche main characxter type where they're either always super happy or want to help everybody. People like Shizuo from Durarara! or Tatsuya from Blood Blue are way cooler in my opinion." He raised an eyebrow after Touma mentioned Minawe. "Well actually, she is a main character. The main main cxharacters are probably Shin and Kinsei but Tatsuya is way cooler and Minawe is incredibly funny."

 

Kurasu seemed to be getting extremely annoyed by the conversation. "Will you guys stop breaking every wall you see already?! By the way, Akemi, what's that on your back?"

 

"Heh?" Akemi turned his head behind him to see that Akane had wrapped her arms around him and was now clearly seducing him. "What time would be good for y-" He then noticed Kayoya was looking at him with her fists on fire. "Uhhh...Kayo-chan? Are you okay?" He looked back at Akane and then to Kayoya again. "This was a trap!" Suddenly, he noticed the door open and Touma was the first to charge. "Damnit Touma! You know when my senses tingle that it's an automatic dibs!"

Kayoya began twitching, "Auto...Matic...DIBS!?! Akemi!!" She yelled out literally flying through the air and punching him through the open door, and pass the new girl somehow missing her completely. In the back Kenshi was placing another win mark on the board and holding up a sign with "10" on it in red. Kayoya blinked when she saw the girl at the door, "Huh? A newbie and-" She looked at the guy next to her, "Holy hell! Could it be!? Is there a Vampire Knite convention in town! He looks like he's straight from the night dorms!" She walked up to the girl pushing Touma out of the way and smiled, "Welcome to the Fairy Eye club! Is there anything we can help you with!?

Touma turned back to face Akemi with an annoyed expression. "Stop saying stuff like that man, you're gonna scare away the requester..." Touma whispered to Akemi.

"Mmmmm, this one's all mine hehehe..." the creepy Touma said as he licked his dried, cracked lips.

"Damn it, stop doing these stupid visions!" Touma yelled. "Aki thinks Touma has lost it if Touma is just yelling at the air." Aki said, confused as to what Touma was yelling about. Suddenly, Kayoya punched Akemi and sent him flying outside the door. Seeing this, Touma's jaw fell to the ground. "Don't you think you put too much effort into that 'win'?!" Touma asked. Before Touma's conversation with the girl could carry on any further, Kayoya walked up to them and pushed Touma aside. Not knowing her own strength, Kayoya pushed Touma right into the nearby wall, leaving an indention in the wall and a hand print on Touma's face where she had pushed him. "A simple 'excuse me' would've been appreciated..." Touma muttered. "Is Touma okay?" Aki asked, pulling Touma out from the wall. "Yeah, I'm good. That wasn't her full strength. Huh?" Touma then noticed Kayoya turning his conversation into her's. "H-Hey, at least let me in on the conversation too!" Touma said before walking up to Kayoya and the girl.

"Um..no. I'm not here for a request," Suki said, blushing slightly. "Is this where I join Fairy Eye?" Suki was busy trying to wave at Ralphonse to make him get of sight, but he just pushed his way past Suki, standing slightly in front of her and to the side. "No...get out of here!" She hissed at him, hoping that the others wouldn't hear her. "Um...this is Ralphonse."

 

Ralphonse chuckled as Suki introduced him, his eyes showing his mirth. He bowed slightly at the group, a bit of malice showing in his every move. "Why couldn't you just stay home," Suki said, sighing heavily and starting to blush again.

 

"So...I thought I would join Fairy Eye. I do that here, right?"

Kayoya nodded her head really quickly, and leaned forward a bit when she heard that the girl wanted to join. "Yes! You can definately join this club! We need more female members so I wont be alone!" Kayoya said rapidly, "My name is Kayoya Hinetsu by the way, and that's my Seishin, Kenshi. I'll let those three introduce their ownselves." She smiled and then held out her hand, but it wasn't to shake, " Oh, by the way there is a small entrance fee you have to pay. That'll be ¥2000." Kayoya smiled, not even waiting to drop the bomb of the entrance fee.

"Huh? You wanna join Fairy Eye?!" Touma and Kayoya asked in unison. "Hey that's great! (Uhh, but wait, even though we're desperate for members, she needs to be able to see legendary creatures.)" Touma thought to himself. "(Alright, Touma's Super Awesome Planning Powers activate!)" Touma thought in his mind and after a second, came to a conclusion. Of course the conclusion is pretty straight-forward and doesn't require a lot of effort to think of. When Ralphonse entered and bowed, and when the girl introduced him, Touma got a strange vibe from Ralphonse. Kayoya then began flushing out a whole bunch of information right away before thinking things through. "What the hell Kayoya?! Don't just jump the gun like that!" Touma exclaimed.

 

"Uhh, this guy ain't exactly your typical person is he?" Touma asked, his tone getting rather serious. "Yeah, Aki feels that he isn't human entirely." Aki said. "Err, by any chance, are you able to see or have you ever seen legendary creatures?" Touma asked the girl with a serious expression.

Kayoya blinked at Touma, "What do you mean jump the gun? Of course she can join!" When Touma mentioned about needing to see the mythical creatures Kayoya laughed, scratching the back of her head, "O-oh yeah. I completely forgot about that itsy bitsy bit of detail." She was so excited to get another member in their club - this on actually being a female - that she wasn't even thinking about that requirement.

 

"Hehe, you are such an idiot!"

 

A tick mark appeared on Kayoya's head as she turned to Kenshi, "What did you say?" She ran over and the two began grapling in the back in a dust of smoke, leaving Touma to handle the rest.

[Desu the Blue Nerd]

Karasu quickly glided over to the girl. He cleared his throat before introducing himself. "Hello, my name is Karasu and that idiot who just went flying by you is my human Akemi. If you couldn't already tell I am not a human. I am a magical creature known as a tengu..."

 

"Kotengu!" Akemi was already walking back over to them. He was somehow still alive after taking that blow from Kayoya. "He's a kotengu. A lesser being that a tengu. Well he once was a tengu but he sucked at being one so now he's a kotengu."

 

"You little bastard..."

 

"Oh sorry. Did I break that wise guy act of yours? Well if I can't pretend to be cool in front of our newest cutie then you can't either. By the way, I'm nearly three times your size. Don't call me little." He had an odd smirk on his face. Karasu flew back to his seat. "He's keeping score for this new semester anyway? I think I got two points in the last five minutes." Akemi then turned back to face the new girl. "Hey cutie. As I'm sure Karasu already told you I'm Akemi."

[Yu Hansung]

Ralphonse smiled at Touma, showing his fangs menacingly before Suki smacked him with a book in the back. "STOP THAT!" She yelled at him, blushing more furiously than before. Suki averted her eyes as the kotengu talked to her, feeling uncomfortable. "Sorry, um, yeah. I can see these creatures. It's kinda cool, but it gets uncomfortable sometimes." Ralphonse laughed and found a chair, sitting in it majestically. Suki just glared at him though, angry that he had so blatantly bared his fangs.

 

"Oh, fee! I read about that, two thousand yen though? I...think I have it with me?" Suki said, rummaging around in her purse. She pulled out the yen and handed it to Kayoya.

As Akane was wrapped Akemi, she was forced to jump back right before Akemi was punched out of the room by Kayoya “Damn it! I was so close too!” Akane said with a disappointed and angry voice. She could see the Girl that came, but couldn’t see who she was with. “I wonder whose there…” She started to step to the side to get a better view of the two people at the door, who everyone was crowding over. Rin had seen who was with Suki. He froze up and knew what Akane was going to do when she saw him “No! I cannot let her see him! He’s just her type too! What should I do? I have to act fast!” Rin stepped in front of Akane, blocking her view.

 

"Akane, we have to go." Rin said in a serious voice "Why? I want to meet the two new people! One of them seems really-" before Akane could finish her sentence, Rin grabbed her by the hand and ran towards the window "Akane! I left the stove on! Go and turn it off!" He prepared himself to push her out the window, but she looked at the reflection in the window. That was when she saw him, Ralphonse. Her hearts pounded swiftly as she grabbed Rin by the shoulders and tossed him into one of the desks. She ran up to Ralphonse, who was sitting in a chair, and gave a kind, warm smile. Rin opened his eyes and could see Akane with Ralphonse, he immediantly thought “No! It’s all over…I hope he can overcome her…” Akane opened her mouth saying “Hello, what’s your name? I’m Akane, wanna get out of here and go somewhere, somewhere no one will interrupt us?” She instantly started to think “He's mine. All mine!" Akane laughed manically inside her mind.

"Gah! He's a vampire?!" Touma asked, stumbling back a bit in surprised. Vampires are also unusually rare, and most vampires do have the tendency to be malicious, feeding on unsuspecting humans. However, Touma has notice that the girl isn't bit. "(Whew that's a relief. And I thought by the end of the day I would have to drive a wooden stake into his chest...)" Touma thought to himself before sighing in relief. Touma looked to Akemi when he told about Karasu and when he called the girl "cutie". "Dude, don't forget that a certain crazy-a** powerful Amazonian is just feet away from us..." Touma whispered to Akemi. Hearing the girl saying that she can in fact see legendary creatures gave relief to Touma. "Whew, well that's a load off." Touma said before becoming serious again. "Uncomfortable? I don't think that, I think they're really fun." Touma said as Aki jumped onto his head. "Aki agrees! Aki is really fun!" Aki said energetically.

 

The girl then took ¥2000 from her purse and gave it to Touma. "Thanks. We really needed this money." Touma replied to the girl. "Now we can pay the theater department for what happened in the hallway." Touma said to Akemi. "Oh by the way, you haven't told us your name yet. I'm Touma Fukuzawa by the way, Co-owner and leader of Fairy Eye!" Touma introduced himself with a smile and thumbs up. "Oh and this is Aki." Touma added. "Aki's very happy to meet you!" Aki said. "Besides from your name, do you know why your partner is so quiet? He hasn't said one word." Touma said before turning to look at Ralphonse only to see he's being confronted by Akane. "Oh crap, Akane's going in for the kill! R-Rin, can't you stop her?!" Touma asked hastily.

[Guest Kyng of Ice]

"Mmm..." Nobu was fast asleep in his snug little bed, wearing a vest, some boxers and his necklace. The innocent face of the boy tumbled in the bed as he layed there, as peaceful as possible. His fcae called no devil and owned no sin. He was as pure as a baby born into life. Not a single stress sign upon his face, nor identification of intoxication of any sort. Nobu's rest would soon be disrupted by his caring elder brother Hibeki, but for now he dreamt.

 

Nobu's dream was a winter wonderland and he frolicked in the frosty meadows with his good friend and sworn guardian Yuki. "Come catch me!" He teased her as he ran out into a snow covered field. "Hey! Slow down! I can't run in this dress, let alone these heels!" a sweet voice could be heard from behind, which was owned by a beautiful woman, bearing a beautiful blue dress and a tiara of pure ice. "Nobu! Come on, slow down!" By this time Nobu was climbing up the vsoftest hill he'd ever seen, the snow covering it like a blanket. Then he tripped in the snow, which alerted Yuki. "Nobu!" She then flew over to him, although she kept this a secret from him so he would enjoy playing with her. Truly, she was a pure and innocent girl once in her life and Nobu brought it out of Yuki's once icey soul. As she reached the boy she saw a large plot of uncovered grass, Nobu at the bottom edge whilst a single and mysterious flower was in the center. It was transparently petalled and it glimmered with the sunlight, it appeared to be in full bloom. "Wow. This is really pretty." Nobu said as he picked the flower. "It is, isn't it." "What is it Yuki-chan? Is something the matter?" Yuki stared into the flower's magnificent shape and radiant color provided by it's reflection with the sun, it was as if Nobu held a rainbow in his hand. Yuki then gently took it off him and said "This was once an old flower I had in my hair when I was still in the world of the living. At the time, it was a beautiful rose. But now it's this." Nobu the glanced at the ice marvel and said "Yuki-chan, why does this place look so cold, yet I feel warm?" "Because, silly." Yuki then tapped him on the nose as she finished what she said. "I wouldn't want you to freeze now would I!" "Thanks Yuki-chan! You're always looking out for me." Nobu replied as he hugged Yuki gently. "Well, don't expect anything less, I swore that I'd be your guardian Nobu-kun, so I've no choice. Now, you'd better wake up, you don't want to miss your first day of school!" "Oh noodles!" (his catchphrase) Nobu realised that it was his first day! He felt nervous and excited all at once. "Yuki-chan, I can't wait, but yet I can." "Don't worry Nobu-kun, you'll do fine..."...

 

"Hey, come on now sleepy head." Hibeki gently woke up his little brother, who once again had a wonderful sleep. "Today's your first day little bro. Come on, I've made you breakfast and the shower isn't on Fire Shower or Ice Shower mode, so Nobu, get up." "Okay, okay. Sorry bro, I just had a really cool dream-" "With Yuki?" "-err, yeah. But this time we-" "Had fun in a winter wonderland?" "-yeah! And then she-" "Talked about her past?" "How do you know?" "Bro, this is everyday routine. I wake up two hours earlier than you, take the Fire-Ice shower bullet, have a coffee and get ready for work, not to mention getting you to school." And so the siblings walked down the stairs of their small, yet roomy apartment, Nobu showering whilst Hibeki watched the news whilst doing some work on his laptop. Nobu then calm down a minute or so later, his hair in it's spiky manner. "Yep, just like your bro Nobu!" Hibeki said offering him a fistbump. "Oh yeah bro!" Nobu replied with the fist bump. "Okay, eat up and we're done! Let's move! If I keep up my excellent working progress I'm guarenteed a promotion which means..." Nobu's face lit up with excitement when he waited for Hibeki to finish, seeming like an infinity. "...I'm getting you your own car little bro!" "AWESOME! THANK YOU SO MUCH BRO!" Nobu cheered as he feasted on his breakfast and yanked his bag, Hibeki with his, and the pair walked to Hibeki's carm, driving to Nobu's school...

 

As they arrived, Nobu began to get butterflies. Hibeki noticed as suddenly Nobu went quiet. As the car stopped, Hibeki looked at Nobu and said "Knock 'em dead bro. And remember, do your best and try to converse! This is a new experience and it's completely justified you're a little on edge, but don't fret, okay? I don't expect you to bring a girl home or anything, just have fun." "Uh, sure, I'll try bro." Then Nobu stepped out of the car and Hibeki said "Atta boy! Alright, I'll see you at home, okay? And don't forget the 2000 I gave you for the club!" and as he drove off, Nobu said "I wont!" Then Nobu turned to the school, his butterflies acting up even worse. "Okay, okay, nothing to worry about. I'll just...erm...sit here." He found a little bench to sit on outside the gates, where lots of students were just talking and hanging out. A girl looked over at Nobu and waved at him, which Nobu blushed upon. "I don't think I can do this..." Nobu was very unsure of himself, he'd never really been in such an environement like this for a while. He had home schooling. This was completely new to him and he was scared. Yuki's voice then whispered in his head Nobu-kun, don't worry, everything will be fine., although these words didn't change Nobu's thoughts on this situation. "Err, I'll just...erm...what do I do...?" He looked like a lost puppy so he sat down and tried to relax. Eventually the girl who smiled at him walked over and said to him "Hi! I'm Sora, may I know your name?" "Err...well, my name's Nobu, I'm kinda new here-" "I figured no less. Come on, I'll show you around!" and Sora took Nobu's arm and lead him into Akamura High School, Nobu blushing slightly. "Hey, what's wrong?" she asked the gentle boy. "What? N-nothing! I'm fine. It's just I'm not used to all this-" "What do you mean Nobu? You've been to highschool before, right?" "Well...erm, that's the thing. I was homeschooled most of my life, so this is the first highschool I've ever set foot in." "Well, that's okay, so long as you make the right friends, you'll do fine." "Err, Sora, do you know where...hold on." Nobu began to say as he looked in his pocket for a flyer, then he found it and showed it to her. "Oh! Fairy Eye? Hmm, I wouldn't have guessed you'd be interested in fairytales and all that..." Sora asked suspiciously. "No! No, it's nothing like that! I mean...erm..." "Relax Nobu, at least you'll meet some people. Come on, I'll show you where it is, but firstly, I need to ask you where did you come from before?" Sora asked as sh began walking Nobu to the club. "Me? I'm from the mountains, I lived up there with my dad and mom and my bro Hibeki. But we moved down because-" "The economy?" "Partially, but mainly because my parents died recently." "Oh, I'm so sorry Nobu." Sora said softly as she hugged Nobu, who's face had a small tear forming in his left eye, which he wiped away quickly. "Well, my brother's taken care of me since and we're doing alright, so I can't really complain, but it's a real change you know." As the two approached the club, Sora said "There it is, Fairy Eye. I'd join with you Nobu, but my parents would hate me spending ¥2000 on a school club. But..." Then she took out a piece of paper and began writing some numbers down. "Here's my numbr, call me some time and we can talk again." Then she began to walk away, waving goodbye to Nobu as he stood dumbstruck. 'Wow, lucky me.' he thought as Yuki appeared next to him saying "She's really nice." "Yeah, she is." "And pretty." Nobu blushed because he figured out what Yuki was doing. "Well, err..." "Nobu-kun, she obviously likes you." "Really, you think?" Yuki nodded as she turned to Fairy Eye. "Hmm, so this is the place." "I guess so. I can't wait to open the door and see who I'll meet."
