Draw 1 card and reveal it. If it is a Monster Card, your opponent takes effect damage equal to the amount of effect damage you took this turn, and all effect damage you would take this turn is inflicted to your opponent instead. If not, take effect damage equal to the amount of effect damage you took this turn. Your opponent can negate the draw. If your opponent chooses to negate the draw, you take no effect damage this turn.
Discuss Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ieyasu Tokugawa Posted August 19, 2011 Report Share Posted August 19, 2011 So it's basically anti-burn that doesn't even need to be in an infernity deck... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
evilfusion Posted August 19, 2011 Report Share Posted August 19, 2011 First, it's super conditional and offers no support for the Infernity theme outside its name, which may only have bonuses with Infernity Inferno. Secondly, it's a gamble unless you stacked the top card with Plague or something, and Infernities run a low monster count. However, this and Infernity Zero were so ungodly epic... Blake Posted August 19, 2011 Report Share Posted August 19, 2011 Infernity Zero is better... Only because it + DS Hundred-Eyes (On DMG) = No losing whole Zero was in grave xD Sadly, the Dark Syns were removed ;-; Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Zowayix Posted August 19, 2011 Report Share Posted August 19, 2011 Tag Force 5 changed its name to Infernity Des Gunman, and it now has the following effect: If you have no cards in your hand, when your opponent activates a card or effect that would inflict damage, you can remove from play this card in the Graveyard to negate the effect damage you take. Your opponent then chooses whether or not to apply the following effect: ●Reveal the top card of your Deck. If it is a Monster Card, you take 2000 damage. If it is a Spell or Trap Card, inflict 2000 damage to your opponent. Then shuffle your Deck. Basically, the damage is now a set 2000, and the effects are switched so that getting a Monster Card is now bad instead of good. Also, your Deck is shuffled after use. Which is better, the anime version or the TF5 version? And also,
Infernity Zero is better... Only because it + DS Hundred-Eyes (On DMG) = No losing whole Zero was in grave xD Sadly, the Dark Syns were removed ;-;
If you took damage 3 times while HED was on the field, HED would get 3 Des Counters and be destroyed. Also, the opponent could still win with Exodia/Final Countdown/whatever. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

evilfusion Posted August 20, 2011 Report Share Posted August 20, 2011 The TF5 one is better, because Infernities run a relatively low monster count. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Result: Temporal God which protects you from losing the duel, and adds Reborn to your hand if your opponent happens to kill it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Blake Posted August 20, 2011 Report Share Posted August 20, 2011 There's also how DMG Zero doesn't use counters, and it prevents you from losing in ANY way. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
