(You can choose multiple people for different things such as visually, or how useful the effect is. Personally, I think Zextra makes some visually pleasing cards, and also some excellent cards in general, so I guess my choice would be him. No one at the moment, sure I have friends that often exceed expectations especially after the fact (when I look more at the card), but no one in particular to me stands out as "the best". I've seen way too many times when a newbie has shown more creativity than any veteran, and everywhere in between. I have my favorites, but that would break the context of this thread.
